The delicate pH balance of our bodies is critical, and if it raised or lowered, we feel it in our body when it moves. The body does as much as it can to maintain that balance. One of the most important things we can do is change the type of water we drink. The water we drink has to be electrolised, it should really be alkaline water and void of the elements that are harming our bodies

Alkaline water has four main qualities...

• It is a powerful antioxidant, it negatively charged
• It has a very high pH which helps balance the acidity in the body
• It is microclustered, which means that smaller groups of water molecules penetrate your cells fast and easier. 
• The water is also super oxygenated which gives you lots of energy.

When our body is acidic, it builds a layer of fat around the acid. Drinking high alkaline water reduces the bodies need for that excess fat, which it then proceeds to get rid of. 

When a swimming pools pH is out of balance, the pool turns green, and produces algae. Our bodies are made up of 70% water, and the same rules apply. If our pH balance is out, then we also start to display unhealthy qualities, which cause more diseases.

The majority of the brands of bottled water that are available at your local supermarkets have been purified to the point where there are no minerals left in them. Because of this, when you drink this bottled water, the water leeches the minerals out of your own body to compensate. The companies that mass produce this bottled water try to tell the public that tap water is unhealthy. In reality, the pH of tap water is around 7, whereas most bottled waters ph is around 4-5, which is way too acidic. And don't even get me started on the waste produced by all these millions of plastic bottles that end up leeching into our ecosystem.

An ionizer is very easy to set up. It plugs directly onto your tap and reroutes your tapwater into a machine, through a carbon fibre filter that removes most of the pollutants. Once the pollutants have been removed, the water goes through an ionization chamber, which raises the pH level of the water. It's as easy as that, then you have alkaline water for drinking
