You must be very careful when using any type of supplement, diet aids especially. Some of the ingredients can cause heart complications  and or require a huge increase in water intake so make sure that you research the product thoroughly before you take them.

Though most people have a negative outlook on dieting pills and tablets, one thing is for sure. You can get a lot better results when using a diet aid supplement and working out all while being on a good diet. I preffer to think of it as just getting that extra boost out of my body.

Diet pills for the most part are not safe at least for use with no lifestyle change whatsoever and should only be used when: water intake is greatly increased, as part of a workout routine, and you have a decent diet to compliment it at the very least. This is all the bare minimum feel free to improve your lifestyle in anyway you see fit that your product will allow you to use them.

For example there are some diet pills that will not allow you to eat certain food, and some you should not exercise except for a certain time before or after taking them ETC. You must research your product before using it.

The best place that I can recommend for you to purchase a weight loss tablet from my personal experience is GNC. They have been good to me in the past, granted there have been a few that have just tried to load me up on stuff that I didn't need. You can combine their usually expert advice with your own research to make sure you will be getting the results you expect and remember not to overdo them no matter what they tell you at GNC or anywhere. There is a such thing as too much of a good thing.

My favorites to use for weight loss

1. Trimspa - Nice product pretty mellow compared to some of them but still yielded results.

2. Farenheit - Best results literally melted fat away but also raised body temperature for me to a dangerous level and had my heart pumping pretty rapidly from minor activities.
