Many contend today that there is no absolute truth, that whatever is true for you is true for you. However, this is not true, there are absolutes, and there MUST be absolute truth. It is the foundation of our society and without it, there would be no society.

Imagine this: if you have no absolute truths, then it is reasonable that whatever rules I live by are perfectly fine. Thus if I thought it was good for me to kill you, according to the rule of no absolute truths, this should be ok! Yet would you really be ok with this? NO! Of course not! There must be an absolute truth and moral boundary that prevents me from murdering you!

If there were no absolute truths, what would make Hitler’s actions 'bad'? According to him, he was just following what he thought was right. Yet to the rest of us his actions were horrific, disgusting, evil and even worse than words can say.

If you believe in no absolute truth, then, unfortunately you are potentially saying that evil actions are justified because they are not actually evil according to the evil-doer. I am sure no one would say this if they knew what they were saying.

If there was no absolute truth, as you can see, our society would never have made it this far. What would have stopped someone who say, thought that they should exterminate the entire world? It is only because of absolute truth and morals that our society is still around today.

Yet now so many think that moral relativism is the way to go. It has become politically correct, and that is just sad!

The introduction of moral relativism and the removal of absolute truths are surefire ways that will soon lead to the destruction of our society.
