No Cable or Satellite Bills -- No one time Payments!

Online video, full TV episodes, movie downloads... That seems to be the new trend for the internet these days. "Content" used to be King: now it's "Video Content" that rules the web.

I actually became interested in online TV back when Heroes first debuted on NBC and the SciFi Channel. Their air-times just weren't working for me so I went searching the internet for Heroes episodes online. I found them right away at NBC.com, along with a bunch of other shows like, The Office. From that moment on I became hooked. I was totally in love with the idea that I could watch my favorite shows online whenever I felt like it. I checked out ABC, CBS, the SciFI Channel and others as well. I was in couch potato heaven. But it wasn't long before the honeymoon ended and I was again waiting for episodes.

I renewed my search for online TV and found it. Unfortunately 90% of what I found wanted money and the other 10% was sheer crap. I was already paying for Satellite TV via Dish Network, why would I want to do that again. I revised my search to include the phrase "free online TV" and various permutations of that phrase. Again, most of what I found was trash, still, I did occasionally find a bright and shiny object amongst the mountains of refuse. It was a circuitous path I wandered on my quest, but I did manage to accumulate a fair amount of links to good sites with good content after a time.

And now, after months of reading forums and blogs, tracing links, following leads, and hunting for clues, there is precious little available on the Satellite service that I cannot watch for free online. In fact, I now have access to thousands of channels that I could never have gotten from Dish Network, DirectV, or Cable. I can watch virtually any movie or TV show that has ever aired anywhere. I have free access to thousands of channels of streaming programming, including my local TV networks and local news and sporting events. I also have access to thousands of "On-Demand" Movies, documentaries, TV shows, cartoons, etc...

Here's the best part about it all. I finally kicked Dish Network to the curb about a month ago which put $70 dollars back in my pocket. Now I can retire. Ok... Maybe not, but the extra cash is nice. Seriously, why would I stay with them when I can get more for free online. I now have all my TV's hooked to my computers and I'm not missing a thing. The only thing I pay for is my broadband connection which I was already paying for anyway.

OK...

I told you all that to tell you this: You can do it too!

In an effort to "spread the joy", I compiled a list of all the channels and content providers that will allow you to get all your TV for Free, movies for free, local channels for free, and even adult videos and adult movies for free. I added this information, complete with links, to a web page so you won't have to search for it all yourself. Did I forget to mention that it's all free? You pay nothing... EVER! OK OK OK OK... -- So I do have some adsense ads on there, but come on... at least let me try to earn back my hosting costs. Only the really, really, really nice people click on them anyway. Heres the URL:

http://go-alt.com/

The only thing I recommend you do is bookmark the page right when you get there so even if you don't have time to look through it all right now you can come back later.

Have Fun!

It's Free -- It's TV -- It's Free TV!
