Acaiburn scam

Hi.

If you are thinking of buying Acaiburn then think again. I purchased the pills from a website offering a "free trial, only pay $4.95 for shipping".

I fell for it, brought the pills and noticed I was instantly billed on my credit card for $45NZ dollars. It took 4 weeks to arrive, and then I was billed naother $108NZ plus membership fees of approx $30 to 2 other websites. Long story short, I sent the pills back to an address that the people on the Acaiburn website chat program told me too (after calling the states). I also cancelled my membership subscription (must have been in the fine print) and any further orders. In the meantime another lot turned up and another $108NZ came out of my account.

They said my money would be refunded. This was 4 weeks ago, I still have nothing.

I've been had too with the Acaiburn scam...just received Visa with charges of 2x $98NZ plus a membership of another $30 for some other outfit. Tried to call numbers but to no avail and the chat room was very unhelpful so only thing to do is cancel my Visa

Ok, heres the thing. I went onto chat, I asked for their phone number. I called them in the states, and asked for my money back. They told me I needed to post the goods back to an address (which they gave me). I sent the goods back. After 4 weeks still no refund. So, I called them again in the states and told them I had not received payment and I had returned the goods. Well, to my surprise they said they would refund me, then 3 days later the money turned up in my account. So, my advice - call them, send the goods back and dont give up (because they think u will give up because of how difficult they try to make it). Do what I did, and the money will be refunded.
