Something I learned from studying perfect pitch which i did not continue here in hubpages. The hub i made about perfect pitch is a failure. the success rate is too low but it taught me something really cool. now lets get back to the topic
Accelerated learning uses some kind of a self hypnosis something but it actually works!!! now i can tell my self to do things i do not want to do and increase my concentration at any time i want just by doing some weird things in my mind. (remember! it will works but a little funny to do)
here is what happens when you do it. You must know what is happening
1 - Cleaning It
The method is to relax your mind and keep all distraction away from your thought. Its like cleaning the room so you can move better inside it. Like a computer, too much running applications will the computer go slow or sometimes stop responding, you do not want that to happen because when your brain stops responding, that simply says you are now crazy haha!! just kidding
2 - Cooling it down
Letting it cool by keeping in a relaxed condition. Try not to stress it or it will heat up again and start to slow down. its like reseting your mind, so you can start really fresh and free
3 - Do not let distrations go in
Now your mind is running good and smooth, now you do not want unwanted thoughts go inside and ruin your perfectly reset mind
NOW LETS START DOING IT!!!
Now you know how it works. Now try doing it
First, think that you are in beach, roof top or anything relaxing. (use your full imagination, this occupies your brain too much that it will get rid of other things you are thinking of about) Now imagine listening to your favorite music while you are in that place, does it feel relaxing? while you are getting really inside your imaginary world, breathe in as much air that you can inhale and hold it until you can't take it anymore, do this for 1 minute or more if you like (this will hunger your brain of oxygen because it is processing so much information in your imagination) Now concentrate in breathing in and out, inhale and exhale fully as you can (this will fillup your brain with oxygen and get back to its normal condition, the only difference is now you have totally reset your mind and is ready to take in new information)
Now you can remember better, decide quickly, think faster and not get confused very easily. That is just the full potetial of your brain because you just reset it. If you want to really get smart, do it more often and exercise it with stuff that uses alot of brain. Practice makes perfect but practicing with a fully reset mind is the best way to start doing it. Even if you study hard and spends hours on your desk doing your stuff, if you are not in a good condition you will just have a hard time, have you realized why sometimes its so hard to study or think? Im sure you realize it right now as how i realized it when learned about this thing.
Its funny how i learned it from a ear pitch training that does not work successfully. I did not get succcessfull in perfect pitch but the accelerated learning technique eorked really good on me
