What causes headaches?
Headaches are extremely: almost all of us will have a headache at some time in our life. The most common one are tension headaches, sometimes caused by anxiety, fatigue and stress. Muscles in you scalp, neck and face tighten and contract, causing pain. What triggers them? Everything from the stress caused by your kids singing the song-that-never-ends to your dinner guests deciding to pull an all nighter.
What causes aches and body pains?
Aches and body pains: muscle aches and back pain can happened to anyone. They occur when your muscles are injured or over-worked. Those who sit for long periods of time, like office workers, can develop back problems. Athletes experience aches and pains from specific repetitive movements and occasional injury due to falls. So, after that great weekend of hiking, you may want to treat sore muscles.

Pain comes in many different forms and degrees, from the aches of body pain to the unbearable throb of a migraine headache. So, you can choose the best pain relief that suit you the most common are medicines such as but not limited to Acetaminophen, Acetylsalicylic Acid (ASA), Ibuprofen, etc.)
