Let's start with stress. Since it can become the cause of pimple acne, it should be reduced if not avoided at all. Actually, the less stress you have the better you sleep. Well, as it may look like a joke, there is a big truth in it, since big stress can cause not only acne but can actually lead to great misbalance in the nerve system and the whole body. To help yourself control stress, try to minimize the mood of being always in a harry, the sense of urge, practice deep and slow breathing, and give yourself breaks when you won't think of your problems and duties.
How to stop acne breakout trigger by hormones? One of the effective ways to do this is to get rid of poor nutrition. Yes, this is the age of bad food, but you are not obliged do follow the pattern; try to eat more fresh things like vegetables and fruits, whole grains will be also fine. Minimize the alcohol and coffee intake. It can be even more helpful to switch to the vegetarian diet, at least for a while (and maybe you will like it). Drink more water, like 8 glasses a day. This will nourish your skin with enough moisture and draw toxins out of the body.
Doing exercises can help greatly healing acne and preventing it. Our body is a dynamic system and the less we move the more sickness we get. We help our body to work by moving; and we don't mean moving in a sense of simply walking from the home to your garage or office, but of actually loading your muscles with enough strain and work to make them grow or at least experience some force.
Some people say that acne pill controls hormones; yes you can try to use pills, but it is always more effective to help your body use its own resources to remove acne or to heal acne. Doing so you will build the long term defense system, and acne hormones will not disturb you anymore.
