Acne is, as most of us know, a very important and very nasty condition if you were to think about it. I know that you may want it dissapear urgently, but you can't do get rid of it overnight and just to vanish, it's just a little impossible and you have to realize this in order to understand your situation. Let's talk about the cause of acne and understand the facts that are behind the nasty thing we all want to get rid of.

   Here are a few things you may want to understand about acne: to oily skin (this is a common problem), clogged pores, acne and other stuff like hormonal imbalance, menopause and other stuff. 

   Besides going to a dermatologist to check out for more informations, you could be checking the following acne treatments: 

1. accutane treatment for acne: in this case you have to know that using lots of creams and antibiotics could not help you out. I've used a lot of creams and other stuff myself, because I was desperated and terrified about my face, but nothing really worked and if they worked, they worked temporary - this treatment is good if you don't plan on getting pregnant. If you get pills, as a woman, you could get cysts and you may really don't want that. Acne is itchy and not fun to have on your body, sometime you can get cancer and you may not even know it.
2. birth control pills? dianette, celeste - but in this case you could get lots of migraines and if you are pregnant and you use them, you may want to go to a doctor to be sure you don't have any more problems. 
3. neutrogena oil free ultra light moisturizer - this is another good resource for you to get rid of your acne, as an advice.

   If you just have tried everything for acne, then you may have a chance: laser acne reduction and other costy treatments. What if you have horrible acne, what can you do in this case, besides drinking lots of water and not poping your pimples (this is something you may be knowing by now, doh):

• use aveeno moisturiser - it can really help, I know some friends who have tried this and it's kinda working for them. 
• cut sugar and drink lots of water and be psychology prepared to get rid of your problems. 
• cocoa butter soap - this could be another healthy option, does not not have anything to do with your problems and you could be using it.

   You may not get rid of acne fast or vanish, but you have other solutions that may be working for others, may work for you to. If it's really bad and you have an oily skin, then you may be having some real problems, if it's really bad and you have oily skin, you have to be desperated for real, is the worse.

   If you're less than 14 then you have to go with your parents to a dermatologist - I went to late to a dermatologist, altough I would have to go asap, and now I regret my decision - now my face is in a pretty good shape and I don't have any more problems because of it. 

   Don't get embarassed because of you're really bad acne, because most of the teens have this problem and you have to understand this, in order to get over your problem.
