Acne is the four letter word that means death, because with it you feel as if you have died or are dying on the inside. My journey with acne began when I was just 8 years old and continued until high school. I even had acne during prom. I started maturing faster than most girls my age and with that came acne. It just wouldn't stop. Everyone made fun of me. I heard all of the typical names and cried countless number of times. One guy even said in front of the class she would be pretty if she used some acne cream. But the fact of that matter was I did use acne cream I tried everything and nothing seemed to work.

Some people say that having acne means you have something terrible going on internally. But I seriously don't think that's the case. I'll tell you a little bit about my journey of gaining my confidence and clear glowing skin. So I began only eating fruits and vegetables, and my skin did clear up very nicely but I got tired of having to eat fruits and veggies everyday, back.
