I like reading the Hubpages - there is some very good material here. I decided I would spent some time here today, reading hubs and getting to know a few people. There are probably some people here I know already, not realizing that they are Hubbers. One fellow I know from elsewhere is Tim O'Dell. Tim is "good people." In a recent hub, he said, "Above all else Social Media is about adding value. Post original, interesting and unique things. Things that are current that people are talking about. If you know of an interesting bit of information, a website or even another person that could help someone find an answer they are looking for don't hesitate to let them know that you can help and then direct them to that resource with a link or a name - You can always find a way to add value."
So, following Tim's lead, here are a few people I know that may be able to help you.
Tim O'Dell. I'll start with Tim because he gave me the idea for this hub. Tim is into network marketing. In the old days, we called that MLM - multi-level marketing - but some unsavory characters gave mlm a bad name and many people refused to have anything to do with it. Network marketing is the same thing, really, but without the bad guys – except that the newer name - Network Marketing - says what it is far more clearly. It is a network of people helping each other make sales. And, if you have ever been a salesperson, you know you can use all the help you can get. Frankly, I don't know what program(s) Tim offers, but I do know Tim will help you. If you want to make additional/part-time income or full-time income in a fun venture, get in touch with Tim.
The next person I want to recommend is known to me as VanGogh. Not the original, I'm sure, but this Steven is a very helpful web designer. He runs a small business discussion forum, called the Small Business Forum.net and is so helpful to amateur webpeople like me, I just know he will be happy to help you. He does this stuff for a living so he'd be even happier if you were to hire him. Visit the SBF discussion forum and check out all the helpful people there.
Thirdly, my friend, Corinne Friesen. I have known Corinne for a number of years and she is one cool Yoga lady. If there is anything you need to know about yoga, Corinne is the person to contact. She is also a Hubber, but hasn't created a hub for a while. This is a little dig in the ribs to try and get her to write another hub. How about it, Corinne? If anyohe wants to know about yoga, contact Corinne through her website and get her to create another hub.
There! Three resources for you. Friends of mine - people I happily recommend. One network marketer, one web designer and one yoga expert.
