My family has a certainly bum case of high blood pressure. I have continually kept my blood pressure at a balanced level due a lot to what I eat and keeping my stress level down.

well at a certain age adrenaline start fading more and more
this is in our genome, but in few years from now on, i think we will be able to understand the mechanisms in our body much better!
