I have added or used some of this on my webblog and I can tell you one of the best to get traffic for my blogs is the linkreferral.com. I have a rating of 9.43 out of 10 on my A writer's life blog. It is free for you to join and others on the program will review your site and you can review theirs. If you want to make money on your hits, reviews and referrals - it is a one time fee of $50.00. I am going to be doing this after I come back from my vacation in a couple of weeks. My traffic has tripled by using linkreferral. They are easy to use and they notify you by email if someone has bookmarked you, reviewed you, even if someone has clicked on your site and under what category. I really recommend linkreferral.
