This advice is for newbie, or for hubbers who have not ventured away from writing to make their page of writing more pleasing to read.  The content capsules on the right of the article can be very useful in your marketing of either getting more readership or for increasing revenue. 

Before you begin writing your Hub, just as a writing a book, select a photo from the images on Yahoo or Google and save to your computer to my pictures file.  Make sure that your photo is relevant to the content of your article or HubPages may ban you for trying to sell a product that is not relevant to your topic.  The purpose of HubPages is to write content so do not get so involved with selecting a photo that you neglect to relate it to the content of your writing.  Once you have selected between one and three photos then you can load the text onto your HubPage.  Again, the text must be relevant and the content must be original and written to interest your reading audience.

If you are writing about a product, then it is appropriate in addition to having a picture of the product at the beginning of your article and maybe placed in a few other places, retrieve the revenue capsules from the revenue capsule field.  You can not miss these capsules if you are on the page and is in the edit mode of writing.  The content capsules and the revenue capsule will not be accessible except in the edit mode of writing your article.  List the amazon or ebay module.

If your article is new related,then you are going to want to select the news capsule in the edit mode and place it in the appropriate place.  If you do not know if you want to try to sell on amazon or ebay with an news item, then place these two capsules at the end of the article before the comments.

Comments should always be the last capsule that you  place on you Hub after the RSS Feeds capsule because you want even the Hubbers to glance over the Google Adsense Ads and advertisements.  Although HubPages state that they use the Analytic function of accessing all traffic except Hubbers, do not eliminate this lucrative group or reader.  There are over 490,000 hubbers and only about 130,000 writers so that means that  means that there are more reader or protential ad readers then writers.

The advice for Hub writers is to use what is available to you in the best way to benefit you instead of thinking about spending money on a Search Engine Optimization company or a Pay Per Click Company.  Unless you are working maybe twenty writing sites daily twenty four hours a day seven days a week, the revenue daily is not going to be equal that of a regular paycheck. 

A majority of the writers are saying that they are not interested in monetizing their writing and that is fine and good but you have got to admit that the daily increase of total readership at the bottom of your Hubpages is a rewarding feeling.  At no time should those figure stay the same because you should be promoting your hubs daily with the placement of the content capsules and the placement of the revenue capsules.  Take HubPages advice and always send your writing to Digg.com and if the content is well written HubPages will promote your writing as well.

Also do not forget to use the Poll feature of the content capsule that can get interaction with the reader so that he is not only reading but taking an active part in what you have written.  Also, the share icon can be used from your blog is you have been invited to add it from other websites.  The share icon list all of the site that have readers interested in your writing such as Reddit, Faves, Delicious and of course facebook and myspace. 

 Be certain to send your writing to Yahoo Buzz and Google Bookmarks.  Yahoo Buzz is the jack pot for revenue seekers because that is where writing is posted on the front page of the Yahoo website under the daily news captions.  These articles are not always current so you writing has a chance to be selected but you must make sure that you do your job of promoting it through the share icon.
