There may be many reasons why someone may sweat excessively, however, to start with we're going to explore the diet. Alcohol, caffeine and spices can have a great effect, they will all stimulate the nervous system causing sweating. You should look at eliminating or reducing the consumption of such foods and beverages.

Wear clothes that are made from natural fiber can also cause you to sweat excessively, wear more natural fibers like cotton or wool.

Our emotions can also play a huge role in whether or not the sweat, if you're feeling anxious, stressed or in a hurry can also be a great contribution to you sweating. The good idea would be to take a routine of meditation, or do more4 excessive stress and burn it as an exercise that allows you to relax more during the day and to better manage stressful situations.
