The more the resistance, the more strenuous cardio workouts, hence stronger calf and thigh muscles; that means a more shaped legs along with more strength and stamina.
Thread mills allow you to walk, jog or run at varying adjustable speeds. They have timers and inbuilt calorie calculators. It works almost all the body muscles. It is excellent to reduce your tummy fat.
Swing machines are passive aerobic exercise machines. All you have to do is to lie flat on the ground, keeping your feet on the grooves of the footrest on the machine top. Adjust the speed and set the timer. The footrest will swing back and forth carrying your feet in similar motion. This movement is carried throughout your body, while you just relax and breathe deeply.
Elliptical machines are simple ones providing elliptical motion, which people compare to that of cycling. You just have to stand on the foot pedals which move in an elliptical motion once you start pedaling.
Rowing machines are indoor exercise machines aimed at targeting your arms, back, abdomen and leg muscles. It simulates rowing a boat. Sitting stretched on the machine seat, your foot on the machine pedals, you need to pull a set of handles towards your chest and then release it to the original position by stretching your elbows. It is essential to use this machine correctly under the supervision of a trainer because wrong exercise postures and movements can give body strains.
