All the top internet marketers are now creating their guides, tutorials and other products in video format these days and with good reason. It is not just that the majority of 'newbies' on the net prefer video there are other factors as well. For instance did you know that after 2 weeks, the average person remembers 50% of what he hears and sees, compared to 10% from just reading?

So this would seem to make an excellent reason to create all future online materials in video format wouldn't it. From my point of view all my students prefer video as a way of learning, that comes from a recent survey I sent them. Not 80 or 90 percent, but 100 percent! So what does this mean for affiliate marketers and resell rights pro's?

Simple, it means you will have to change what you are promoting as the days of promoting ebooks are long gone. If you make money from seeling ebook products then you will have to start looking for alternative products in video format.

Outside of the internet marketing niche you may still be able to be profitable for the time being with ebook type info products as the majority of 'ordinary' customers in those niches are historically behind the times when it comes to the latest technologies and formats but that said it will not be long before the marketers in those niches start to change the way they produce their products and switch to video.

For now there is no need to panic, internet marketing products are all coming out as video now so you will just find that you will be buying video series instead of the archaic ebook. But if you fancy getting ahead of the curve then why not take a look at other niches online and see if you could create your own video version of existing products.
