The top leadership in Agel has just improved the agel compensation plan. This is going to turn some heads of people who have had to drop out of the network marketing business.Some people listed as dropping out don't actually do so. 1 : A new supervisor rank : This rank will start when a member has 1000 cv (commissionial volume in a month). A person can quickly get to supervisor then manager and keep going up the ladder. I'm waiting to see exciting things happening for people new to network marketing that decide to join this company. Manager which is the next level is 2,000 cv . Qualifying for the leverage matching bonus is now easier and gets more money in your pocket.

2 : A new rank advancement pool : Agel has taken 1% of total cv from the company and divided it up between supervisors, managers and senior managers excluding the ranks above senior manager. Rank advance in Agel is where you start moving ahead and Agel wants to see people get used to advancing to be able to see their team do the same thing which will probably happen. The new rank advancement is more money added on when you advance in rank.

3: The new leverage matching bonus is now going to be paid at the supervisor level. The leverage matching bonus has always been the strongest part of the compensation plan and the biggest payout so this is going to be huge. That's why I Love Agel. The leverage matching bonus has always been paid to directors and above (10,000 cv). All you need to do is qualify for supervisor and you'll get 10% of your 1st generation team volume commission, manager level will be 15%, senior manager it's 20% and the stays the same for directors and above. Bonus checks are going to go up faster than ever before.

The company has a cap on what they can pay at 50% and Agel has raised that cap to 51% and seems small but globally it means millions of dollars being invested back to the sales force. Investing more in the lower levels does plenty for moral and would keep any new business from being another casualty of under capitalization. The market demand for this business has already helped Agel pass the launching phase with flying colors and this is just another bonus distributors get for being in the business.

Ways to get paid in Agel :

Retail Sales : When you buy Agel products at wholesale prices and then sell them at the suggested retail price.

First order bonus : You'll get $200.00 for enrolling somebody in the executive level and $35.00 for the personal level.

For each business center you build you have to have a left leg and a right side of members you enroll. You can place a member on which ever side you want to but you usually place a new member on your lesser leg because your up line builds your other which is called your power leg.

Agel pays 10% team cv or commissional volume that you have in your lesser leg. There are no breakaways in the Agel quadra plan so your team volume commission continues to grow because people cant be moved out of your down line and people can't be moved out of theirs. It's not like a binary plan, matrix or uni-level plan where people can break away.

The leverage matching bonus can pay you 50% of the team volume commissions earned by any personally sponsored member op to 7 generations down. You receive the Leverage Matching Bonus no matter where the member is in your down line. Now you don't have to be at director level (10,000 cv ) to qualify for the leverage matching bonus.

With the new supervisor rank you qualify at 1,000 cv. Amazing...we won't get into the other ways to get paid on this article.
