This is a very simple dish that we used to eat as kids ,it's quite good and kids will love it,and I still eat this today ,20 minutes and simple .
What you need for this dish is :
garlic ,olive oil ,salt pepper and very little oregano(less than a pinch).
Slice your garlic thin ,place in a frying pan and add olive oil to it ,fry it until the garlic is a nice golden color ,don't burn it .
Boil your spaghetti ,or linguini ,when it's cooked drain it really well ,add some of the oil to it so it does not stick together ,mix it really well ,pour portions of pasta in dishes and top it with some more oil and garlic,add enough to the point it taste good to you ,add any kind of grated cheese and eat away and enjoy !
note: sometimes i add just a little butter to the frying pan .
