He/she tells you a tale of web hosting, most convincing to the unsuspecting and uniformed victim.
The tale unfolds with a long history of web hosting, which can be dispelled quite easily. For one, check the registration for the hosting domain - has it been registered for the same length of time as the stated "experience". Second, check the page rank of the web host domain - if it's been around for awhile there should be a ranking higher than ZERO! Third, check references and reviews on the web host site! OH NO - there aren't any!
Protect Yourself
Do some homework on web host packages. In a mere 5 minutes I was able to come up with this.

Conclusion
When choosing a web host, ask someone you know and trust! And beware...There is always an evil internet/blog foe posing as your warm and fuzzy friend! Research so you know what you are getting before you buy!
