Airborne lawsuit

This lawsuit was won because airborne made claims early on in the advertising that there product kills the common cold.... some claims even said it stopped the symptoms in one hour. I have used this product and it more of a vitamin c delivery system than anything. I don't save many receipts so I was able to get reimbursed for 6 bottles without a receipt. I did this online threw there website. I believe it is airbornehealthsettlement.com.

Good Luck

I have been using Airborne for about 3 years. I take one every morning. I do believe it has helped me build a stronger immune system. I will continue to take the product. I have never been lead to believe the product could prevent you from getting the common cold and never have I believed is would remedy me of the common cold. I have always believed that it helps build a stronger immune system that will help against a common cold. Frankly, taken every morning before my 3 mile walk makes me feel better. It's cheaper than some of the OTC herbs and it's much easier to take. I'd do a commercial for them if they asked. It's goooood stuff! You go teach!

People that buy into this lawsuit make me sick. There are so many products out there that make claims that aren't necessarily 100% truth. I feel bad for the owners of this company....This is just another case of some idiot trying to make a buck in our sue-happy nation. So there's a product that's supposed to help your immune system fare off colds. That's great...if you honestly believe it's going to knock your cold out of your system within minutes, you're just crazy. There's nothing out there that can officially stop you from getting sick. Get real. To those that sued airborne.....get a life. Try doing something productive with your time and money instead of making other people's lives miserable. It's cases like this that waste people's time and energy when we should be prosecuting REAL criminals instead of suing for stupid reasons.
