Although there are thousands of people out there every day that wish they could stop their dependency on drugs or alcohol you will find that not many of them are ready for the challenges that lie ahead.  This is because although alcohol detox is a must in order to break the dependency, it is a very long and hard process to go through.  What’s more, you will also find that to do something like this alone would be very dangerous.

And the goal of these counselling sessions is to help you understand the reasons why you have abused alcohol as well as to help you see that you are not alone in this fight.
