These cupcakes are great for halloween, a Sci-Fi party, or an alien theme birthday party. They look really cool, and are very delicious.

½ Cup Butter

2 Eggs

½ Cup Cocoa Powder

1 Cup Milk

1½ Cup Flour

1 tsp. Baking Soda

1 tsp. Salt

1¼ Cup Sugar

Foil Cupcake Wrappers

Green Toothpicks

Grease and flour two cupcake pans, add wrappers, and set aside. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time and beat well. Sift flour, salt, baking soda, and cocoa and add to mixture, while still beating. Add milk and mix until smooth. Pour batter into pans and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of cupcake comes out dry. Let cool and frost. Put two green toothpicks in each cupcake for the alien antennas. You can also add star shaped sprinkles for added enjoyment.

For Green Frosting:

1 Cup Butter

4 Cups Confectioners Sugar

4-5 Tbs. Milk

3 Drops Green Food Dye (or more for darker green)

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and beat until smooth. Mix in food dye.
