We all love James Bond movies for the action, the adventures, and the cool gadgets. But there is one thing we love the Bond movies for even more than the above mentioned and that is the "Bond Girls". 1. Tatiana Romanova

Movie Title: From Russia With Love (1963)

Character:

Tatiana is a corporal in Soviet Army Intelligence, and is assigned to work in the Soviet Embassy in Istanbul. She doesn't know that she is a pawn in SPECTRE's game, but believes that she is on an important mission for her country.

Character:

Honey Ryder is a very independent woman, needing no help from anyone. Resourceful and courageous, she makes it very clear that she can defend herself against any hostile or untoward threat when she first meets Bond.

Movie Title: Goldfinger (1964)

Character:

Jill is employed by Goldfinger to help him win at cards and to be "seen" with him. She can see Goldfinger's opponent's cards through her pair of binoculars. She is an intelligent, very beautiful woman who Bond thinks is too nice to be involved with Goldfinger. She enjoys humiliating Goldfinger but pays the ultimate price when Goldfinger gets his revenge.

Character:

She is only a shadow of her literary counterpart. While it is not mentioned in the film, she was a lesbian (maybe that's the reason for her name?). This is hinted when Bond tries to charm her, to which she replies "I'm immune".

5. Dominique "Domino" Derval

Movie Title: Thunderball (1965)

Birth date/place: Paris, France on Apr 26/1942

Character:

Domino is Largo's lover, although she refers to him as her guardian, as that's what he was. Largo always kept an eye on Domino to see what she was doing and whom she was with. While she lived in luxury with riches all around her, she lived a life of being trapped in an invisible prison. Her brother was killed by Largo and turns against him to avenge the death of her brother.

6. Fiona Volpe

Character:

Fiona a deadly assassin in SPECTRE's execution branch. She meets Bond while hitchhiking and scares him with her fast driving.

Character:

Tiffany seems to change "sides" a number of times throughout the film depending on which situation seems to suit her best.

Character:

Dr. Kananga keeps solitaire a virtual prisoner because of her unique gift. Solitaire has psychic powers given to her by reading Tarot cards, like her mother, should Solitaire ever make love, she would lose her gift.

10. Mary Goodnight

Movie Title: The Man With The Golden Gun (1974)

Character:

Mary is a bungling character that is quite clumsy. Per M's instructions, she is to provide Bond with any assistance she can. In reality she provides little assistance to Bond with some scenes being more a hindrance than a help.

Character:

Andrea is in a similar position to that of Domino in Thunderball. Scaramanga makes love to Andrea every time before the kill. She is a resourceful and intelligent woman, she is killed by Scaramanga while bringing Bond the Solex for her betrayal.

Movie Title: The Spy Who Loved Me (1977)

Character:

Major Anya Amasova is an agent XXX, the KGB's best agent and provides a perfect match for 007 in every sense. Throughout the film she and Bond play a game of trying to outsmart each other. She is equally as smart as 007, and in some scenes even smarter.

13. Melina Havelock

Movie Title: For Your Eyes Only (1981)

Character:

Melina is half British, half Greek. She wants revenge after Hector Gonzales killed her parents. She is a very strong willed character, courageous and highly intelligent. She is very effective at using a crossbow that she does so on numerous occasions, including killing Gonzales aiding Bond to escape.

Character:

Octopussy has her own heavily guarded island, the floating palace in which only women are allowed. She trains the women and gives them a place in her various smuggling operations from circuses, carnivals, shipping and hotels.

Character:

Magda is a gorgeous blond who simmers with sexuality. Part of Octopussy's cult she is sent to seduce Bond to recover the Fabergé egg, which she does with ease. Extremely athletic and intelligent, she is also an expert pick-pocket a talent used in Octopussy's circus while the main acts are running.

16. Domino Petachi

Character:

Domino is the girlfriend of psycho baddie Maximillian Largo. But when she finds out that Largo killed her brother, she betrays him and makes a beeline for Bond.

Character:

While Tanya Roberts does have a sexy persona, the character of Stacey Sutton is an uninspired one. She loads her shotgun with rock salt and frequently finds herself in dangerous positions where she screams, "Help me James!"

Pam is a tough cynical freelance pilot with occasional jobs done for the CIA. She gets plenty of opportunity to show off her fighting and weaponry skills throughout the film. Working for the NSA, Jinx works on the same case as Bond, to kill Zao. An expert markswoman, pilot and supremely fit, Jinx makes it clear she is more than Bond's equal. Using her skills and streetwise ability she manages to kill Miranda Frost at the end of the film whilst Bond kills Graves.
