Alli Side Effects Worth Keeping In Mind

My first encounter with Alli Diet Pill was at the end of an exasperating run with appetite suppressants. I just wasn't ready for another appetite dumbing down pill and the heart racing side effects.

So I needed a little convincing at first that Alli Diet Pill was actually a change from the rest and of course my first question was - how was Allii Diet Pill different?

How Is Alli Diet Pill Different

It works in a different way. It doesn't suppress appetite - well not directly. Let me explain. Alli Diet Pill contains an ingredient that inhibits the body from absorbing the amount of fat that would normally pass from the intestine into the body's system.

So this unbsorbed fat remains within the waste products (feces) and is eventually passed in a bowel movement. The side effect of this is loose and oily stools, increased flatulence and some stomach rumblings.

Does Alli Work

For me it worked two ways. It reduced the weight effect of ingested fat that I had consumed from a meal. But also, knowing the side effects it would remind me NOT to eat too much fat - or suffer the side effect consequences!

So there you go. The side effects actually persuaded me to eat less fat! I started to maintain a balanced diet and on straying from my Alli plan the attending side effects were a timely reminder to get back on a balanced diet track.

A little unorthodox maybe - but Alli works!
