Aloe Vera Gel
67Introduction to Aloe vera gel
Aloe vera gel is yet another popular way to take the Aloe vera benefits. Aloe vera products in their full spectrum are widely used today and gels are probably the second most frequently used product, right after Aloe vera juice (see the link next to this paragraph for more info on that). History of using Aloe vera goes back probably thousands of years and it's probably one of the best known uses of nature's own force.

More about usage
Using Aloe vera gel on the skin is pretty liberal and without reports concerning absorption of chemicals into the blood that cause significant side-effects. Each day studies are being carried out to determine which conditions are best helped with Aloe vera and I'm looking forward to finding more ways to use this plant.

There are so many unique uses for this plant, it is better than any medication out there, which have so many side effects. I think many native indians would have used this in the past. I hope there are studies to see whether they have employed this and other herbs for medicinal purposes.
