Making your own Aloe vera juice
This can be a bit of a trouble because you have to get all the ingredients etc., so majority of people just buy some other form of the drink online. Among other things, you will need Aloe vera leaves with sides cut off for this and other things people add depending on the recipe.

The one I have has lemon added, so it tastes like lemon, and Aloe part tastes kind of herbal (that was expected, hehe), it tastes ok!
I've heard of aloe vera of course, but never seen or heard of the juice! I'll have to find out where I can buy it locally.

I took aloe vera pills. I've never tried the juice.
Aloe vera is deinitely most effective, in my opinion, when ingested either through a juice or through capsules.
I drank aloe vera juice every morning ! Its very good in my digestion!
Someone asked what Aloe Vera juice tastes like. To me, it is like drinking water that has a faint bleach smell and taste. Or like chlorinated pool water. Mind you, it is very faint. It took me a while to get used to it but then again, you can also mix it with something else if you don't like the smell or taste.
