I like painting very much. But,with my activity in teaching, I don't have much time to paint again. I have experience in egg painting and canvas paint. Unfortunately all my paint was sold. Just my friends and relative who bought my paint. I don't have a file to post in this hub. Painting is the art which the process using a color pigment and paper, canvas or a wall as a media. Don't forget with brushes and palettes. There are many painting streams. Like Surrealism, Cubism, Expressionism, Impressionism, Naturalism, Realism, or abstract. I appreciate all the painting streams.

I present this hub because of my appreciation in paintings.This painting is similar with photo. All these painting was painted by a woman namely Alyssa Monks. This painting so amazing because almost similar with the original photo, and maybe you all will never believe if it

I think she is expert in realism. She is as a instructor at the Montclair State University and teaches flesh painting at The New York of Academy of Art. She had studied with many famous painter like Vincent Desiderio, Jenny Saville, Wade Schuman and other painter. This is little biography about her.

There are many benefit behind "painting", Painting have healing effect, like:

• Bring love, peace and warmth in the family.
• Improving the quality of life.
• Improving the relationship between family members
• Increased spirituality.
• Adding a fortune.
• Restoring the spirit and willingness to work hard
• Increased creativity.
• Adding intelligence and willingness children studying.

It looks simple only a picture. If we could maximize the function of painting, I think this life will comfortable.
