Amazing Animals in Love, Art and Beauty

When I want to relax and reconnect, I often turn to reading
or sit by a lake or the ocean, or if I am in the city, I sit near water fountains, as water often soothes me.
This time, however, as I looked at videos and photographs of animals, I was inspired by how perfectly beautiful nature can be with all of its creations, and how in an often cruel world, humans can intereact with animals in a dance of beauty.
I came across two videos through friends and I was speechless at seeing the one about the lion expressing gratitude for her rescuer; one has to see it to believe it. At first I thought it could be a hoax but it was filmed by a newscrew. Here we see the beauty of love and gratitude.
This woman found the lion hurt and about to die. She took him home And took care of him. When the lion was better she called the local Zoo to find him a new home, where they could continue caring for him. The lion's reaction when he saw her is in incredible!

This one is another amazing animal... an elephant who has more artistic talent than I do! Well, if this elephant can learn to do a self portrait, maybe I can too. :)

Oh boy I jumped when the lion jumped up like that. Elephants are really clever . I still wonder how they get them to do it. I saw one in Bali painting. Great hub
Pgrundy: LOL!!! Now that I come to think of it, its beautiful watching the video on the lion, but yes, I KNOW I would scream, get dizzy and then faint, if a lion grabbed me that way to express gratitude.

Hi VioletSun.. i found a video which i have sent to you,,maybe you could add to hub. its not the actually footage i was talikng about!!!.....It has sea-lions aswell as dolphins painting and from the results i see, they are masterpieces! and way better than i could ever paint! as i do love abstract art, which is what the pictures tend to turn out as:)
Watching the lion hug his rescuer bought a tear to my eye. How long have we called them 'dumb animals' only for something like this to just prove us wrong. Beautiful.

VioletSun..Umm errmm.... ..I have no idea what the direct problem is! Email probs are not my forte, but let me know if the problem still exists and i will have someone contact you who has been having similar problems... but contacting you could be a problem!!
I am going to contact Hubpages management directly, and see what the problem is. I assume they would get my email even if I don't get them all. BTW, I get some emails, but not all, such as notifications if a comment has been left in my hubpages or if a writer of whom I am a fan has published a new hub. Weird some emails get through, other don't.
You have really a good insight, Violetson! Some time it gives you an intigrity naturally in seeing and writing both!
