I spend a lot of time writing on my computer and I usually will listen to music. I use my headphones when I'm in a cafe or restaurant trying to work. Simply put, these Bose headphones are the best ones I've ever had. I remember when my girlfriend bought me them for my birthday. I thought they were too expensive and wanted her to return them--but now I've had them for three years.

They're getting a little ratty around the ear pads and it's probably time for a new pair, but they still work really well. To this day, I'm glad she splurged on them for me. Clarity of sound is great, but it's made even better when paired with noise-reduction technology that blocks out the noise of daily life.  Whether you're in a cafe on a laptop or on an airplane listening to you mp3 player, noisy people or jet engines won't disturb you.  Background noise stays where it belongs--in the background--while you can concentrate or relax and tone down in peace.

I love my Bose QuietComfort 2 headphones. They not only have excellent sound quality and block out the noise around me when I'm reading something or my girlfriend is watching "Grey's Anatomy," they are also very comfortable on my ears. These headphones are great for people who want to hear every part of the song they're listening to.
