I think you probably mean Leicester Square! What you want to visit will depend on your personal interests, but if you have the British Museum on your list, why not the Victoria and Albert or the Science Museum/Natural History Museum? They are close together and can be visited on the same day.
There are no art galleries listed. You should not miss the National Gallery, The National Portrait Gallery, Tate Britain and Tate Modern.
