American commercialism does it again with having Adam Lambert appear on the American Music Awards Show with entertainment veteran Jennifer Lopez and shuns Kris Allen the winner of American Idol.  Adam Lambert album was announced before Kris Allen also.  Oddly, the memory of Adam Lambert's album title has to do with entertainment and no one seems to remember the name of Kris Allen's new album. 

 Everyone was expecting Adam Lambert to win season whatever of American Idol and Kris Allen came a winner as an upset.  When upset happens in sports the person who make the upset happened is remembered.  Not ditto in the case of Kris Allen who cool demeanor had him almost congratulating Adam Lambert before the American Idol winner was announced.  The media calls Kris Allen, depicts him as the boy next door. 

 Levi Johnston, the father of Sarah Palin's unwed daughter got more play for baring his chest in Playgirl than the hardworking Kris Allen who made every song his own on American Idol.  Kris Allen even took Kayne West's Heartless and made it his own outperforming the the original artist.  Kris has a new wife and she can do her silent griping about American  commercialism or have they got divorced as they would have been Hollywood couples if  not for the entertainment sensation that is Adam Lambert.

Kris Allen won American Idol in an upset win over Adam Lambert. The boy next door Kris Allen who has been married for about nine months apologized to Adam Lambert who had been expected to win with his over the top theatrical singing. Adam performed with Kiss the band in his signature black fingernail polish but did not receive a kiss of approval from the American viewers. Kris Allen performed with Keith Urban and was not expected to win unless there was an upset.

Ryan Seacrest made the announcement that Kris Allen had won and his emotional father was in tears so was his mother who wore a bright red off the shoulder red dress. She made a comment before her son Kris Allen was announced as the winner that she was just enjoying the show. Her remark was a hint for Ryan Seacreast to go on and announce the winner instead of  making her red dress every designer's dream who may have been waiting to hear the the winner. The show was being drawn out to two hours before the announcement that Kris Allen had won American Idol.

Kris Allen is works in his church and it is thought that Danny Kokey fans went to Kris Allen as Danny worked in his church also. Kris Allen said that he hoped that the American public voted for talent and not based on religion.

One hundred million votes came in to vote Kris Allen in as the new American Idol of the United States Population of Three hundred million . Only about a few million votes separated Kris Allen as the winner over Adam Lambert as the new American Idol.

Now American Idol is extending its reach with a new smartphone application that gives fans access to exclusive content.

The new application partners with FremantleMedia Enterprises and mobile application Zumobi to follow the final nine American Idol contestants. Fans of the show can keep up while they are out and about without viewing American Idol from their living room couches.

The new way of voting is that the American Idol viewer gets to learn about the performers and their lives before they cast their votes. TV viewers can only vote on what they see performed on the screen but Americans have more substance than to merely use the television. American Idol voters are interested in what brought the contestants to stand before Simon Cowell and be embarassed before 36 million voters in the hopes of becoming the next American Idol. Snippets of background information is shown on the television show but the smartphone technology is letting the fans learn more about the contestants before they cast their vote. The information on mobile phones allows the fans to make educated votes by taking in the performances supplemented with information about the contestants lives. This smartphone technolgy frees the American public from casting their votes based solely on the antics of Simon Cowell.

Exlcusive stories about the prospective American Idol is captured where they talk about their backstories, their inspirations, and motivations. The mobile applications from FME and Zumobi gives the fans a deeper and more personal view of the nine final contestants on American idol so far. About 80 exclusive behind the scene videos have been captured from now until the American Idol is selected. There is a minimal cost to add this application to your smartphone and the cost is only $1.99 as reported in Direct Marketing Magazine. This application gives the fans a window into who the prospective American Idol is as a person instead of what they view on TV. This mobile application could change the way people vote for their favorite performer on American Idol.

An added treat for American Idol fans in regard to the FME applications is that it links directly into iTunes so that consumer can purchase songs for the show. In many cases Paula Abdul will say that a performance is good enough to be recorded and this application allows for the songs to be recorded on the smartphones. The new songs released on American Idol is released to iTunes and available in its store on the smartphone.

The application also has a feature that predicts who will be voted off the show or sent home as Simon Cowell likes to say about the singers whose performance he is displeased with. This application is purely American Idol branded but provides for interesting input into voting for the next American Idol. These applications are only available for smartphone uses.
