An Elearning Solution Advocate

I am starting to get fond of this newest thing in learning, what they call elearning. I just found out that there are elearning tools that can be used just as easily as a lot of tools that are online, what this entails is that I have more time for the things I am interested in, rather than just burning the hours trying to study how to use the learning system and the tools so that I could get to the real learning part. Some elearning development software got too complicated and difficult, in an effort to make it the most “innovative, intuitive, and adaptable” cost effective training solution in the market, it seems the developers failed to take into account the fact that this software was actually made to help people study, and study in the most fastest solution possible, which is the real point of elearning in the first place.  This type of learning tool was implicitly intended to be done entirely on the internet, the ultimate expression of convenience, so it really seems absurd if the learning tool was designed in a certain style where it would actually take longer to study how to use that tool rather than studying and learning what the tool was supposed to teach.

But I'm getting off topic. I had first wanted to look for work that was less time consuming so that I could have gotten in a short course to be taught a new programming language, but with the developments I have been reading about in the elearning industry, I believe I am in a better position just keeping my full time job since i would still be able to be taught what I need to study after my work hours, since I can accomplish it back home anyway.  All I need to do now is search for a learning management system that is really good for my situation which I suppose will be relatively easy, considering how many are now in place on the world wide web. One more thing that needs to be taken care of is the selection of the right system since I do not want to get stuck with the kind that has long modules which will eat up my rest time before going to the office.
