If You Want to Become Taller

If you do, the solution is very simple: you should improve your posture first. Before address to surgery or pills first try one the natural ways of gaining height (except exercises). For example, posture correction. It means not just standing and sitting straight. You should train all parts of your body to keep align. This includes different exercises to strengthen your back and shoulder muscles. Otherwise, your muscles will become week and inflexible, thus posture will be incorrect and in some cases it can lead to back hollow. So you not only won’t become taller, but even become shorter. Besides regular exercises also positively influence your health and look.

Here are some easy exercises for improving your posture.

  1. Cervical Retraction. Sit straight with feet touching the floor. Relax for a while, then pull your chin straight in trying not to nod your head up or down. Repeat this exercise several times.
  2. Shoulder Blade Squeeze. Like in the previous exercise sit straight with your hands resting on your legs. Relax all your muscles, then move your shoulders backwards and squeeze your shoulder blades together.
  3. Breastbone Lift. Just lift your breastbone few inches higher.
  4. Abdominal Pull-In. While inhaling pull your belly and then exhale little by little. Repeat this exercise as many times as you can.

These exercises won’t take much of your time and effort, but they can greatly improve your posture and make you taller.

Of course, posture correction is only one of the ways to become taller, but not the one you should ignore.
