Meditation is so calming that I used to fall asleep during the process. It is a wonderful practice that I should incorporate back into my life...some day. :) Thanks for reminding me!

Hi Shailini, I am also like Pam, every time I would attempt to meditate, I would fall asleep. I am working on trying it at different times in the day to prevent that, so I am able to take full advantage of the benefits.
