Whether you're looking for an angel costume for Halloween, baby pictures, or kids plays, there are a variety out there to choose from, in many different styles,colors, and price ranges.

If you're looking for an angel costume for a baby or child for photography, there are lots of different places to find them online.  If you're looking for an them at any other time besides Halloween, there's a good chance you can find one on sale as well.  My favorite angel costume for babies is the "Heavenly Angel Baby Costume" available for purchase at Amazon and Ebay online.  This is a romper with a hood and footies that snaps in front and comes with adorable golden wings!  There is also a halo attached to the hoodie.  This is cute for a baby boy or a baby girl and is at a great price of only $15.

If you're looking for an angel costume for your toddler girl, consider getting a Valerie Tabor Smith angel costume.  The dress is pink ruffles and pink pantaloons. It is complimented with lots of ribbons, bows and rosettes, guaranteed to make your little angel stand out in the crowd. This angel costume is also a beautiful choice for pictures.  If you're looking to get an angel costume for a child because they are going to be in a Christmas play, they usually sell some that are specially made just for this at costume stores.

There are also angel costumes made to fit teenagers.  These are usually accompanied with a headband with a halo attached to it and white wings.  You can get the actual costume at a longer length or above the knee.  If you buy one of these angel costumes around Halloween,they will cost about $30 if you choose to purchase one from a place such as Walmart or Target  If you go to a costume store, they will probably cost a bit more.  A great accessory for your angel costume is to add some glitter to your face.  This gives a pretty, shimmery look.

Angel costumes for adults can vary between two extremes.  There are of course "nice" angel costumes, where for women it's like a long dress, compete with white or gold wings and a halo headband or there are "naughty" angel costumes.  If you're going to go with a longer length, you will be able to find angel costumes made of all different types of materials.  Some of these have a velvety feel, and some feel like satin.  These usually cost anywhere from $25 up to $200 depending upon where you buy it from and what time of the year you buy it.

If you're going with the shorter length, you will find a few different styles. Some costume shops have angel costumes that include a separate top and bottom, that come with wings and a halo.  There are also angel costumes that are off the shoulder or with spaghetti straps.  If you're choosing a shorter length angel costume, you will want to get some white tights or if you're going for a super sexy look, some white thigh highs with white high heels. They also sell special shoes and heels to go with these costumes in most costume shops. 

For adult angel costumes for women, they even have the fallen angel costumes, dark angel costumes or gothic angel costumes that come in colors such as black or red.  Wigs to match any of these angel costumes can be found in costume shops or online.  If you're looking for an angel costume around Halloween, you can look for specialty stores such as Spirit that come a month or two before October.  Make sure you get your costume in time though, because a lot of costumes tend to sell out right before Halloween.  If you're on a budget, try to get your angel costume online in an off month such as April or February.  You can also find fantastic deals on angel costumes a day or two after Halloween.

There are even angel costumes for pets!! These are usually white sparkly capes that come with white or gold wings and a halo hat you can tie onto your dog or cat. You can get these for small, medium or large sized dogs and are usually around $15 to $20 depending upon where you purchase them. Chain stores such as Walmart and Target usually carry them, and most costume stores do as well. You can also find them online at online costume shops. Ebay and Amazon are other good places to look, as you can sometimes find really good deals.
