Angel Stevens Process Rebates At Home Review
Angel Stevens Process Rebates At Home company has mislead you. This review covers the inside details about the information from Process At Home program that you may of been marketed to in a misrepresented way.
This is a report of the the Angel Stevens Process At Home campaign by the processathome.com company as seen in various websites that appear to be separate companies. Both Angela Penbrook and Angel Stevens are names registered for the exact same company.
With bad publicity and negative reviews a company will typically change the name and start fresh with a brand new marketing campaign under a new guise. If you've seen these ads in your email box or ever considered this rebate processing concept, then you should know just about how much negative feedback it has received publicly
This negative feedback is also reserved by the Better Business Bureau as well with an F rating for this company you can view for yourself.
Investigating into this company uncovers some VERY serious issues and misleading conceptions that raise questions and reserved serious concerns for consumers interested in it.
Educate yourself before you throw your money away on any program!
The actual Product itself that is being sold is reported by consumers as being contradictory to the advertisement on this website and is being hailed as "misleading". The site has the statements as follows, claiming how you can make money at home processing rebates.
These quotes taken directly from the landing page are as follows...
"Companies are starving for more people to process rebates from home"
"by having people work independently from home, companies are saving millions of dollars,"
"you can make great money because it is worth it for companies to pay you a lot to motivate you to process lots of rebates."
FACT: You will be engaging yourself in the paydotcom site which offer a product you can sell as an affiliate. Your rebate processing is NOT from a company that hires you. But rather, the work you create for yourself by offering your OWN rebate from your OWN clickbank or paydotcom affiliate commission. There is NO rebate processing work you are given by any company or list that is given to you by this company to process rebates.
This company offers a full money-back 8 week 100% guarantee.
Following up the procedures for a refund, is reported to be met with opposition. More so, some consumers have reported never receiving one at all by this company after several attempts and emails requesting one.
The negative feedback that is reserved for this company is justified by the overwhelming opinion of many consumers in this report.
There are very real opportunities for ANYONE to work online, but it requires time, effort, and work.
Anyone who owns a computer, ...has at least been curious about the concept of making money online at home online.
The reality is when 9 out of 10 affiliate marketers fail and over 95% of the information online about working at home and making money online is a scam, how the heck are you supposed to find something that isn't a scam, rip-off, misleading, or a con? ...and actually works?
I've stood on my soap box and preached this till I was blue in the face from day one...
You have to LEARN the proper skills and techniques.
Please folks...Educate yourself before you buy anything!
All the promises and guarantees in the world will not amount to any magic whatsoever. Ebooks and program courses that promise to deliver fabulous wealth overnight, and even guarantee it, ...are nothing more then steaming piles of horse dung.
If you TRULY have the desire to make money at home, you have to work. It's not easy, it's not magic, and it's never going to be overnight success. There is no such thing!
You can learn how to succeed and lower the learning curve!
Internet marketing requires hard work... and you will find that it takes a little blood, sweat, and tears to be successful.
How to Get Your Refund From Angel Stevens
UPDATE: This article has been amended simply because of the request to supply the information that many of you asked for!
EDIT: How do you get your refund from Angel Stevens Process At Home?
It requires dilligence on your part and possibly some legal help. First off, copy and paste your receipt from which you should of recieved from the email confirmation from the order.
Supply this information in an email with the title "REFUND."
Keep and document every email you've sent with the time date and keep every reply that you recieve. Ask for your refund diligently every day in a new email and keep track of these.
By keeping those requested emails which have time stamps and dates on them, including your original purchase receipt, you now have a viable case with which to prosecute and sue this company for if they delay and refuse to give your refund.
The 100% money back guarantee gives details as to the terms. You must request it in the 8 weeks. This company skirts around this by delay tactics and opposition.
Again I will link for your access the Better Business Bureau
You can clearly see that Angel Stevens and Angela Penbrook both have ties to the same company and have various business names which are being marketed.
Keep in mind that processing rebates may be a lucrative business that earns a great deal of wealth... it is CLEARLY not a program that can make you money starting out. It's a system that uses your OWN marketing efforts as an affiliate marketer offering your OWN rebates from your commissions YOU earned.
I will say this yet again. You are NOT offered a job with any company. The program has mislead you BIG TIME and is misrepresenting itself in their ads.
You've been educated. Have a nice day!
The Real Deal - No B.S. Guarantee!
Do you believe in fairy tales?
No of course not.
Don't waste your time being mislead by "magic formulas" and "guru secrets" any longer. ...Programs that don't work and products that don't deliever.
This information is not only dangerous, but could cause you to LOSE money instead. I could go into great detail on exactly what I mean by this, but I will save it for another time. The general principle of the matter is when it comes to making money online there is no magic of becoming rich and successful overnight.
You can in fact become incredibly wealthy online, ...but it's NOT going to happen when you buy a self claimed "guru's" ebook. The comical nature of this is most "guru's" don't even use the methods they give you in ebooks or even know how to.
Don't you find that just a little ironic?
Funny thing is, they simply make money by selling you garbage ebooks as an affiliate marketer.
What you need is training and know-how, not ebooks and misleading programs.
A "Boot-Camp" for Internet Marketing.
Internet marketing is a REAL job and anyone can do it. This is also the ONLY type of program online currently that provides the resources tools and coaching for making money online at home of this caliber.

I am almost ashamed to admit it, but I too fell for the angel steven's rebate scam. $197.00 buck's worth! I have a comment or two about that subject on my first hub. I think I made my purchase from aka. angela penbrook. Ha! Tell your readers not to give up hope on getting they're refund back. I got mine. But it took a few email's worded just right to do so. DONT GIVE UP BUSTER!
i came across some d.c. based dude proclaiming 3 home-based jobs as wonderful. now i am thinking $197 can buy me some wholesale goods i can ACTUALLY make a profit on.
thanks for the warning!
p.s. are these people breaking the law, is there a course of ation and can those bilked euthanise the thieves?
Those who have recieve a refund...as have i bought into this scam...im an idiot. If possible could someone post the e-mail address used to get this refund. they give about 3 or 4 emails on the site to respond to. THANKS
This is for shokov5; I to fell for that crap they sell. I got my refund back by taking the address of of one of the email's they send you when you join. Tell them you are gonna see to it they're business is shut down. Be persistant! It worked for me.
Good luck!
one method that someone sent me an email about which worked was wording the email about the numerous times you've asked for a refund... example as follows
"this is the 7th documented email requesting a refund which has been met with opposition and automated replies, this will be my final request for my refund as guaranteed by your website. I have contacted an attorney to file suit for this matter and have been advised to no longer contact this organization. please do not reply to this email unless it is to refund my purchase price, sincerely..."
this apparently has gotten results quickly.
PLM,
Thanks for informing the community of this scam. It is so sad that people will actually rip others off in such ways. Like you, I also teach people how to avoid scams of this nature. My first word of advise to anyone is to learn the difference between a work-at-home "job" and a home based business. In a home based business, you are investing into having your own business whereas in a home-based "job", you are an employee of a company. In this case, NEVER, EVER pay anyone to be their employee! In the case of a home based business, do research on that company before joining anything, no matter how long they have been in business. The fact is, just because they are legitimate, doesn't make it the right opportunity for you. It is vital to know what you are looking for in order to assure that the company offers what you want in your business.
I truly hope that all who have been scammed by this program are able to recover their investments. And to those who say they are idiots for joining, I disagree. You simply need help in learning what to look for and what to avoid when looking for home based opportunities. That first step is to recognize the difference in these two types of offers so that you know what you are dealing with. I have several hubs on this very topic as well.
PLM, you are doing an excellent jon in helping educate people on such things and I am honored to be behind you on this matter! Keep up the great work. By the way, I am speaking from almost 25 years experience researching home based business opportunities. Great job!
Bonnie
I did this and when I got the information I new immediately it was bad news. It took me 6 weeks to get a refund. I had to call numerous times but finally it did come through. I should thank my lucky stars I even got a refund. You must call and call daily. Email will not do it. Just an FYI!
THANK YOU ALL SOOOO MUCH! I just received "The E-mail". I was contemplating doing it, but something didin't feel right about it. I yahooed the name and found you guys. Thanks for sparing me the headache!
Thanks PLM.
This shows the power that Web 2.0 sites like HubPages puts into the hands of the ordinary person who has been shafted by companies like this.
Keep writing!
Eric G.
Thank God this page popped up! I sure was about to do this!I haven't been interested in any home business stuff lately, but this one had a way of grabbing my attention.Like it has always been said...Anyone urging and almost rushing you that "time" is a factor,it's FAKE! DON'T TRUST IT! yes, there is money to be made,definitly...AND THEY ARE MAKIN' IT.Don't pay these suckas-pay your bills and stay debt free, then you can find room for a REAL DEAL! And it is not them.
Good point you bring up. That is something I had missed completely in my review. Whenever you see those pop ups or fake counters like "Act now you have only 57 positions left" ... "sign up before midnite tonite or this deal is closed in 11 hours 43 minutes (and you see the timer counting down)
If you have EVER seen these or you will likely come across them everywhere on websites...these are marketing tools that are placed in the website.. the dates, times counters etc are all refreshed daily with the current times dates etc. They are fake counters and the use of them is for high pressure sales tactics most used car salesmen practice. Remember, it's all bullshit and it's bad for you!
This is very true! If it is a legitimate business offer, they will be willing to give you all the time you need to do your research on them, answer all your questions and give you the option of making your own decision in your own time!
Bonnie
Thanks Priest, I found it! Thank you thank you thank you! You're the best!!! I'm going to check it out right now.
I've been working with paydotcom for a while. You know, tryin to sell stuff as an affiliate. I've made $ 10.00 so far, WOW. Lots of work. We also did a few of those online surveys (made about $15.00 ) the phone is ringing all day long now. Dont put your real phone #
I've been scamed by Agel Stevens (processathome.com) and have been trying to get a refund for two months, but have gotten nothing but retoric . Shame on me.
I too have gotten these emails. I think I remember seeing something like this a couple of years ago also. They carefully word their copy so they can argue that they're not being dishonest.
I've gotten "work at home" jobs simply by advertising my skills on Craigslist for free. You can also call businesses in the area you're interested in working in and simply ask if they are looking for independent contractors to work at home for them. You may hit a business at just the right time-an opening may have just occured and if you're qualified there's a good chance you'll get it.
A lot of experience down the river and same with lots of money.
I did read an email
" this is your last chance to send a dollar to Box....."
That person became rich and was stopped by your Inland Revenue.
Great hub
Crap. 'Nother scam. And that lil Angel Stevens video thingie wouldn't shut up when I visited the page. She did sound sincere, but after a few seconds, her voice got on my last good nerve. I had to turn my speakers down, because there was no way to disable the video while I read the too-long info page. I got half-way through reading when I decided to research her on the Internet. Good thing. Thanks for the heads up!
Thank you, thank you, thank you for your info about Angel Stevens and her "process at home" business. I was just about to put my money in and thought I should google her name to see what else I could find out and found your info. You're right when you say she's making money--off those of us foolish and desperate enough to invest in her business! It's one of those things that sounds too good to be true and from what everyone else and you are saying, it is! There has to be a legitimate way to make extra money and I'm not giving mine to her.
PLM
Thanks, thanks. I am happy I googled Angel Stevens and found you. Thanks again man.
unitedflo@yahoo.com if there is a home business that I can get involved in that I can make money and not spend much please contact me. I am in my 50's live alone and working 80 hours a week, I'd love some freedom!! And Michelle time!! One of my jobs is at U.P.S. the heat and cold and heavy work at my age is a killer!! Sincerely thank you, Michelle : )
Wow, thanks for all the reviews. I too was close to almost believing all the bull. They do make it pretty intising for all us moms out there who would love to make some money and still be able to stay home and spend time with our children. It amazes me just how sneaky people can be. Thanks for all the info. I will not be giving them, nor anyone else any of my money.
Thanks for the heads up, after losing money on data entry scam, I was weary about this. Im glad I didnt waste my money here.
Thanks for the heads up, after losing money on data entry scam, I was weary about this. Im glad I didnt waste my money here.
I fell for this out of desperation. I am currently unemployed and came upon Angel's e-mail late one night and signed up. Then I began investigating after the fact. Of course, now I see what a scam it all is and I want my money back but am having a hard time getting a contact phone number. Nobody has replied to my many e-mails and will not likely any time soon, so I'd love a contact number if any of you have it. Love to hear if others like me were able to get their full refund back.
Yeah, thanks. Just like the others I almost did it! Then some sense came to me to research the company first. Phew!! Nobody needs to lost money, sleep or confidence in themselves by doing this scam.
I hadn't heard of this one, but I don't even open junk mail. It is good to know that someone is out there warning others of these scams.
Great Job,
Carol
We , I did fall for it , being 24 and a mother of 5 little kids , I needed extra money and it sounded good at the time . After I paid the money some guy called me and said he had to ask me about my assets before we get started to " protect " me . When he asked about my credit cards and if I had anymore besides the one I used , I figured it was a rip off . Another thing , Why
Me again , why do they refer to it as " The Buisness " ? When I stared asking the guy questions he got agressive. Who ever sees this , DON'T GUY IT !
This is known as 'phishing' and should be treated as spam. Anyone asking for personal information is a scam artist. Anyone getting hostile about questions you may have inquiring about their business should be told to grow hair and bark at the moon after you promptly hang up.
Thanks for the info PLM. You really cut through the "hype speak" in the sales letter and told us how it really is. Why can't these guys settle for selling their services to people who actually need them, instead of hyping them up and trying to make everyone want them?
I think it's greedy and these guys have lost their way somewhere.
Hey there PLM, I am looking for something I can do from my home in the evenings. I'm a single mother and noticed that you mentioned you have bought those 2 programs on your bio. I sent you an email but have not heard any response yet in reply. Could you give me your opinion of which one a single mother with little time would be able to benefit from? Money is a little tight and I can only choose one to buy right now, what would you choose?
I've been scammed before with programs like this rebate processing program and I am cautious when it comes to makeing informed decisions. I appreciate your time and than you in advance!
I sent you an email while ago. I resent it again just now, check your mail.
I too fell for the scam 3 weeks ago. I have tryed to contact them by e-mail both day and night to no avail. For those who have received their $197.00 refund, please help us sockersss, get our money back. Please give a address or telephone number to contact.
Man im so glad I looked this up thanx for the fair warning guys..... also if you do want to try or become curious to see how some of these work I would highly suggest using your credit card to buy it. Scammers rely on the access of credit cards as fast money... but these days forget how common it is to be scammed which is why credit card companies give personal security as well at least if you use your cc the company will just retract the money from that exact account and give it back to you. And one little thing they probably know this as well which caught my eye when they say "within 90 days" because after 90 days cc companies and banks arent able to get your money back after that time frame
that is the exact nature of the scam and this is just one element of the cleverly designed scam campaign. you wouldn't of bought it unless it had a guarantee like most people. so the efforts to string you along are directly related to the length of time a cc company will return your money if fraud was reported.
thanksn i am very interested in a home buss. and you just saved me a head ace thanks for the info on this scam.
I just signed up a few hours ago, then it dawned on me to google Angel Steven's name, and I found all this!! What should I do, is it too soon to ask for a refund? All I've received so far are confirmation emails. Should I request a refund now or wait until I have tried this? Please help PLM!!
Stop the madness.
Hey PLM! Thanks buddy for the research on this! You saved another dude from another scam...way-to-go-man! So how about those 2 programs you mentioned on your bio that you purchased that could be another option for making $$ at home? Are they working for you? Do anybody know of ANY reputible work at home on line jobs that pays good money?
Defenitely ask for refund immediately Regret. Sorry it took me so long to check back here. I just revised my article to help anyone else out getting refunds and some useful contact info listed at the Better Business Bureau
Bloo dingo, it's called affiliate marketing and it has potential to make anyone very wealthy if done correctly. Wealthy Affiliates is definitely working for me currently. Profit Lance is almost the same learning material and training. However WA offers a lot more in comparison. The biggest difference is the forum and myspace type area for members only. You can meet me there. Chat soon brudda.
Big Thanks, I too almost fell for the Angel Stevens SCAM. I wonder if the BBB has info on these guys ?
I put in the link for Better Business Bureau. Just take a look, it's all there
Just like everyone else, I almost fell for their B.S. However I thought to myself, since I'm sitting here at the computer why not research it before I jump on it. Thank God! I decide to do that. I do feel for everyone else that haven't got their money back. I hope you all well get your money back soon.
I just sign up for this last night. I have read over the material and it really is a scam. There is no list of companies available to help me start making money.
I just wanted to chime in and say that, alas, my mother got pulled into this scam, and we are currently trying to get our money back (opened up a CC dispute and calling them almost regularly.) I didn't think of e-mailing them as well, so I'm glad I stumbled upon this site! I just want to cuss like a fisherman at the service reps when I'm on the phone with them. >:|
Thanks PLM it worked almost immediately!
do youo know where i can return this? I've been looking for a way to send it, i tried to cancel the shipping 5 minutes after i ordered it and they refused to let me cancel the order. Can you help please!? That's money that i need to survive!
Rosa, I'd love to help you but it sounds like you're waiting for a physical product to be sent through the mail?
This is an ebook in pdf format which you should of been emailed. Follow the instructions for a refund at the end there which I added, and it may take a while, but you can get your refund back fairly quickly in comparison to the majority of others with this product.
What's sad is that so many people are too ashamed of their own stupidity to even ask for a refund.
PLM, they sent me a package not an ebook. I called right away and emailed for my refund but it told me not to call the bank which, idiotically, I didn't do. I plan to send the package back, I don't plan to open it. Where can i find the address to send it back? I plan to call my bank to see if they did charge it.
8721 Santa Monica Blvd.Los Angeles, CA 90069
Contact: Angela Stevens
Phone:(866) 876-5177
Is this different from the return address on the package? Try contacting this number to arrange for your refund and see if there is an alternate return address if this is incorect
Thanks PLM. I'll try calling the number right now.
Thanks for the information. I was considering joining the program also but definitely would have googled before making the investment.
I would not complain about 197.00, they transferred me to a company called thrive to start an internet drop shipping business and took me for 15,250.00 and now i dont know what to do.
Holy Upsell Batman!
Process at home upsold you for 15 large? What is the business name they referred you to for this drop shipping business? Easy Way Services is the DBA which was filed for the DBA under all the other names she uses as other businesses. Go back up to the article where I've edited a while back and put the Better Business Bureau's link. Any of those the one you got scammed by?
Thank heavens I found your site...sounded to tempting but there was something that told me to check it out. I'm glad I did.
Another question...Free Grants...is there any free info out there? Everyone wants to sell yuo a CD for S&H only then sock you with a monthly fee. Another scam????
Pretty much. Ever seen those commercials with the dude wearing the riddler suit selling the book about governement grants and free money etc etc?
Re-hashed useless garbage and the information isn't very helpful. Lot of controversy about his book being complete trash and everythign in it beign useless.
Anything that sounds to good to be true... usually is.
I fell for it also. For those who asked for the Refund Request Info here it is:
If you still have the confirmation email from PAH go there and print receipt (should be at the bottom of the page) click there and on the next page you will see Request Refund. If not, payment was processed by:

What is Angel Stevens Thrive program. Has anyone been offered a chance to do it as a so called testimonial person. They said it would be put in writing on success. I was just wanting to know the truth on thrive. amytburns@bellsouth.net
I signed up for this program in desperation. I'm usually very investigative and careful, but the pressure for income was mounting. In looking at the Process at Home website, I noticed that the Angel Stevens who was doing all the talking about her "Rags to Riches" story looked very different from the Angel Stevens in the confirmation picture. That was enough to tell me "this is not good." My husband requested that I proceed and in speaking several times with Customer Service, I recognized that the voice on the phone was very much the same, but he would always answer under a different name. There was also a woman and her name, too, would change. I asked to speak directly with Angel Stevens. They told me there was no way of speaking with her, that she had no direct phone line. I then asked if there truly was such a person and they responded saying that is why they have customer service. What I should have done in the first place was look the business up to find its' legitimacy. I have done so, and found it to have an "F" rating in the California BBB site. They do not recommend anyone give money to this business. I told my husband, I made a terrible mistake and that we needed to get our money back. I called customer service 1-800-381-7820 and requested it (very firmly). He tried very hard to get around my request and make new offers. I told him I want my money refunded point blank! He put me on hold several times to get one of their Supervisors because he did not have the authorization to process the refund. I told him "Tell your supervisor they have five minutes to take my call or else I'm calling the authorities." With that he returned to the phone after putting me on hold for a brief moment (same man) and said yes, this is -----------. It was the same man in customer service posing as the supervisor, who also posed as the Processing Coach which they were making available to help speed-up the business. My husband and I also received a phone call from a company that would grant us the opportunity to earn between $5,000-10,000 within one month. What were they requiring? Use of our credit cards to qualify for their program or what they call "OPM - Other People's Money." They asked many personal questions about our debt, etc...
I have to say I'm very angry and I know that I was a fool, but I have learned from my mistake. I have had to place a stop for all payments on my account, because I fear they will try to post payments without my authorization. Keep trying and be firm on getting your refund. Hopefully, soon, action will be taken against these people.
One of the Ten Commandments is "Thou Shalt Not Steel" and this is the sin they are committing. It is very sad that our society is losing its' integrity and it seems there is no such thing as a persons word or firm handshake.
From hereon I will use great caution and be the pioneer like our forefathers who worked hard and were people of moral standing, integrity and honesty.
Who knows, these people posing as Angel Stevens could be the very ones who had something to do with the bombing of the World Trade Center and we are only funding their works.
These are my sincere thoughts and I hope the many of you will not send money in their direction.
THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH...I ALMOST FELL INTO THE SAME TRAP! ITS SO IMORAL TO PREY ON PEOPLE WHO ARE TRYING TO MAKE LIFE BETTER WITH A B.S. STORY ABOUT BEING DIVORCED AND HAVING TO SUFFER TO MAKE ENDS MEET FOR HER CHILDREN,..THAT IS JUST SO WRONG...
Hi everybody,
I too have the same story to tell :(
I requested a refund becuase I was not satisfied with the program at all. I received a prompt reply after my first refund request, but it was simply a "give it another try" suggestion.
I immediately declined the offer and repeated my request for a refund. Then I did not here from them again.
I gave up trying to deal with the idiots over the phone.
I sent several more refund requests without response.
Finally, after several weeks and e-mail/refund requests later... the 3 month "refund period" had expired... and "SUPRISE-SUPRISE" support@processathome.com couldn't wait to respond regularly with the:
"I'm sorry but the 90 days refund period has expired... we cannot refund your money... blah, blah blah"
I saved all copies of the e-mails I sent and received from support@processathome.com and forwarded them back, stating that I made several refund requests within the 90 days period and showed them their very own e-mail replies to... which of course, are dated at the top.
They ignored all this information I has sent, made no mention to it in their reply... and simply stated that the refund period had expired!
I am now trying all the methods mentioned in this site and hopefully they will help me to get a refund. I have just found this site myself and think it is great. Unfortunately, it is sad to hear all these other people in the same boat.
I thougth I had done enough "internet/work-at-home scam" research before I had signed-up... but obviously not, and I'm ashamed to say I was sucked right in :(
I even checked out the "site review authority" site and fell for it!!!
Is it possible to get this company sued and shut down, dragged throught the courts etc. How can this be done???
Thanks anyway,
I'll keep you posted on what happens.
Hello again,
Good news everybody.
I folowed the above advice and went through paypal@esellerate.net to resolve my "refund dispute" and received a refund the same day.
I also followed PLM's "How to get a refund" advice at the top of the page... haven't had a response back from support@processathome.com but looks like paypal@esellerate.net is your best option (esp. if you paid through Paypal).
Found this site today and it shall remain on my VIP list for the future :)
I'm sorry for your frustration and complications you've met dealing with this queen of scam artists. Send me an email and I'll be more then happy to assist you with getting your refund even if the time has expired. Save those emails.
Sincerely,
Priest McLane
Thanks for the offer PLM,
Esellerate.net has now refunded my money... without any problems.
Although support@processathome continued to refuse my refund. I'm glad I don't have to deal with this lot anymore... it could have been a long struggle.
Appreciate your help and keep up the good work!!!
Thanks again ;)
I got through to the supervisor i got the number from my bank. I was given a confirmation number and told my refund would take 3 to 5 days should i worry
that's typical for a cc transaction refund to be processed through your bank. you have the confirmation number... make sure you check with your bank. I wouldn't worry
I was lucky. I fell for this scam, however I paid by paypal. I was able to get my money back through my paypal account. However now they have my phone number and I have been receiving phone calls about every two weeks for the last few months. A different person calls every time about following up on my "progress". They still think I bought their scam. I have told each person to take me off of their call list, but they don't. After the last call which was the 7th request on my part to stop calling, I *69'd the call and got this phone number: 818 961 0250. Maybe this number may help anyone out there who was scammed to get some help.
On June 15th of 2008, I got involved with Process at Home, also. They took $197.00 out of my bank account and I have never gotten any information or anything from them. I know now that I was foolish, however I am a senior citizen and was looking for a way to earn a little money to supplement my social security.
Do you know of any way to get a refund back on this? I feel very foolish getting involved in this and have learned a hard lesson. It seems ridiculous that they can get away with this. It infuriates me!
Go back up to my article and read the section "How To Get Your Refund"
I've also included a link to the Better Business Bureau that gives the phone numbers names and websites including other affiliations and names she is using and other businesses that are scamming thousands.
She has just recently launched a new one as a third rip off site using a new name etc.
Follow the instructions I've outlined for getting your refund and if you cannot make any positive results feel free to email me and I will help you personally. I'm using my own website email account for these types situations where I can assist folks like you with the help you need and deserve from rip off artists.

It appears that her new site is about "Auction work at home" and her new name is Cathy Banks. Received an email just yesterday about this and something just clicked when I looked at the webiste that the link took me to. Familiar sad story about this lady but not exactly the same picture. A few things did change, this lady was from the Detroit area, not Brooklyn, and this one had 3 kids but still worked 14 hours a day at 2 jobs, got laid off from one of the jobs...blah, blah. blah. This site is about placing items for sale on e-bay for companies that will pay you to do this. Here we go again!
scam heading:
Data Entry PositionFrom: Work From Home (ondata_qd@urlstation732you.com)
The rest is clickable, address starts with "8721 santa-momica"
This is the first time I have ever opened one of these work from home phishing emails. I have been unemployed for quite a while and cannot find work in my area. Desperate as I am for ANY way to make money, I nearly fell victim and paid the $197 to this fairly legitimate looking ProcessAtHome.com scam. Luckily, the fact (as others and you, PLM have stated) that I shouldn't have to pay anybody to work for them prompted me to do a quick little search, and fortunately I clicked on you. PLM (or ANYBODY else), I spent some time reading through these comments and I have the same question that many others seem to have: Where can I find legitimate work from home opportunities? I realize that a good gig becomes less lucrative the more people get involved so I can see why posting for all to see isn't a good idea. I will be spending the next few days/weeks trying to find something, and I realize that I must truly work hard and put in a lot of effort to make good money, but any suggestions and/or heads up would obviously help a great deal. Again, THANK YOU so much for the warnings, you saved me $200 and an enormous amount of hassle. I can be reached at a1broncofan@hotmail.com if you find the time to reply.
I fell for this scam also, but for some strange ( thank God ) reason, 5 days later no account has been charged for this purchase. I am getting the procrastinator emails and such from them, but when I call, they cannot find my account.. Anyway, all excited to get going, I also went into the paydotcom.com site and this Mike Filsiame promised all this coaching and programs to help with your success. I did this and then could not access any helpful programs. When I tried to call, all I got was a prerecorded message and it directed me to the website which is just about impossible to navigate. Stay away from this entire setup. What a farce! They will have to pay someday for taking advantage of all of us who are struggling and want to work. Have a good day, All.
I'm sorry to hear that Theresa. Mike is a pretty decent guy imo, maybe his particular website you were on is just not updated or supported very well from the sound of it. I have my own site for helping folks with affiliate marketing myself but I've not put much effort into it I must admit. It's pretty much a junky site in my own standards compared to what I work with now.
You're comment I must say has given me the inspiration to revamp my entire site and throw something together that is really valuable for people like you that are searching how to make money online as affiliate marketers. I don't see myself as any sort of expert and here is Mike bumming you out with one of his very own sites... I can't do any worse, right?
My website for affiliate marketing was one of my very first projects back then and I've since just abandoned it pretty much and left it on the back burner always "meaning to come back to it someday"
I'll work on that now I think, you've given me some good reasons to Theresa... thanks for your comment.
THank you so much for the truth here. I fell for one recently, thought I'd checked it out carefully, but the "data entry" turned out to be more of the DotCom.com thing. At least I only lost $50, so I guess I got off easy.
I have the same sad story everyone else is telling these days -- laid off, need money. I am blazingly fast at true data entry and I'd LOVE to find a legit one. I know they're out there somewhere, but I just can't find one. A previous coworker has such a job as a part-time effort, but he, the selfish SOB, won't share the name of the company with me. Does anyone know of a real typing job out there?
Again, many thanks for sharing the truth with us!
I'm really glad I clicked on this. I was thinking of joining this program. No way I will now. I've come into some bad luck also. Mine is not my back, but it keeps me from holding a job. I use to work at a Hospital and sometimes did 36 hour shifts. Yes..You read that right. 36 hours straight. I have had cancer twice. With all the Chemo and the stem cell transplant I have had, I am unable to work a full time job. I get drained very easy now. As you know My monthly checks are pretty small. I am not looking to get rich, just trying to make something extra to help me out. Do you know of any programs that cam be done at home to make a little exta that wont break my bank?
Thanks for this post.. I more than likely would have taken the hook on this one. You saved me $197.00. sorry for those who bit the hook. I do feel for you. You can email me with any suggestions you have. Thanks Robert

I sure am glad the little voice in my heart said GOOGLE HER! And I found numerous words behing the name Angel Stevens...Such as SCAM HOAX and FAKE! Thank you for the sparing of a headache and a long road of $200 down the drain...my Christmas will be much better knowing that people like you all help the little people like me...Thank YOU!!!!
God bless whoever made this site .Thumbs up to you. Sorry to hear about all you who got shafted. I almost fell for this too, but i found this site and also found the F rating on the BBB. Its sad that someone would try and steal money from honest, hard working people. I have two children and a wife. I am the only one working. No education past high school,But have a good job .Want to make money? Hey i just bust my ass at work and work a 10 to 16 hour shift.Just wanted to let all yall wanting to make extra money know that i feel ya. Keep your heads up and watch out for all the theives and scams. Cuz i know god is too.
My own mother bought into this program and couldnt get it to work for her. I was unemplyed and am still unemployed so I took it over for her. Ive been doing it diligently for about 3 weeks. Found all the sites and spent upwards of 100 hours posting ads. I havnt made a dime. Warning... This truly is a scam ladies and gentleman... and let me tell you why.
99% of all buyers on the internet do not use pay-pal. For this reason they get you to post ads for them and anyone who uses Pay-Pal you will likeley get a small amount of money for the product you sell. Keep in mind that only Pay-Pal users will give let you get money for this. The credit card users?? That money goes to PayDotCOM.com So who wins?? PayDotCOM.com and Angel Stevens. Please dont make the mistake me and my mother did by trying this product. Im very computer savvy and couldnt get it to work... so be warned.
I think all these bs scams should go in the trash they r only hurtting people. If you r down and out you r in need of cash it should be able to take payment after you make some $ so it could not b such a prob. getting a refund.
Wealthdci.com is the one I signed up for , which after the fact I saw it was an Angela Penbrook Productions and then found several websites with Angela Penbrook Productions scam complaints. I actually received the email after signing up with Careerbuilder.com and posting a resume , as well as numerous other scam job offers too. Which is frustrating because Careerbuilder/Yahoo HotJobs/Monster and other job resume places don't check any companies they advertise before hand but they do have a dept. for after the fact of being scammed. A little suspicious that they can have a dept. to report to after the fact but not one to check for scams/frauds before letting these scam companies advertise on their sites. Who is keeping who in business here? Even after filling complaints on these companies to Careerbuilder Fraud Dept. they are still letting Process at Home Angela Stevens advertise on their site as well as cash1234dotcom.com an Angela Penbrook Productions company, so again who is keeping who in business here?
On another note the LABBB does have an owner listed for Angela Penbrook Productions companies but claim it's not the same owner of any Angela/Angel Stevens companies. ABC 20/20 news actually found out who owns Angela Penbrook Productions and is looking for help getting info on the owners of Angela Penbrook Productions/Angel Stevens companies. But it seems anybody who did work for these companies wants money first before giving out any info on the real owners of these companies. It looks like several U.S. cities have several different company names that are selling this Rebate Processing scam and are actually a Angela Penbrook / Angela-Angel Stevens program like Int'l Data Entry-Maryanne Kennedy.
What is also suspicious is that several people have reported these scam companies to Attorney Generals and Secretary of State agencies and none of them are doing anthing about it even after complaints sent to them with return letters to the people stating they will check into these companies. ABC 20/20 News has contacted the Attorney Generals and Secretary of State agencies who have sent letters back to people that have filed complaints on these companies to get an answer that "they never heard of these companies or have any complaints sent to them either". There are several of us who have letters in hand from these agencies stating they have received our complaints and will investigate these companies, Hmmm so when the media called looking for any results on any of these companies they have no clue. What is actually happening to our complaints going to these agencies about scams/frauds going on in their State that they are suppossed to be serving? Are these letters from them just a bunch of LIES to make it look like they are doing their jobs? It sure sounds/feels like it.
FYI the only way I did get my money back was filling a dispute payment form with my credit card company , who knew about this scam company. I called everyday and emailed for 4 months with a return authorization number that they sent in an email that I printed out with all other emails they promised refund was done and on it's way. This is what I sent to my credit card company also to show what Angela Penbrooks customer service was saying about the refund that I would have never received if I waited any longer for them to string me along. So besides calling them everyday try going through the company you used to pay them with also with any info printed out to show what is going on with your refund.
Well,I too just about fell for this scam. Mom always told me "if it sounds to good to be true it probably isn't"
I am a mother of five and grandmother of 10 with health issues can not work a full time job but needed a supplement to income that could work from home,
Thank god for your web site I did not fall for this scam. $197.00 would have devistated me. These heartless "angel stevens" aka Penbrooks scammers should be burned at the stake they are evil greedy people.
Thank you so much
God Bless you all
Janis
