Yes Angelina Jolie who is often celebrated as one of the sexiest women in the world has a wonderful collection of 13 tattoos. As stated above Angelina Jolie has 13 tattoos. She has not been shy about showing off her growing and awesome collection of tattoos.

First she has the following quote, "A prayer for the wild at heart, kept in cages". This is aquote from Tenesse Williams a very famous author.

She did have a large Dragon witht he word Billy at the bottom for her former husband Billy Bob Thorton. She has had the "Billy" part of the tattoo lasered off but has retained the dragon portion.

She has the following written phrase in Arabic "العزيمة" which stands for "Strength Of Will).

There is also the Latin proverb tattoo she had done that states, "quod me nutrit me destruit" (what nourishes me also destroys me).

She has a large script tattoo on her lower back with a large tiger on top of it. This tattoo is a Buddhist Prayer for her son Maddox.

She also recenly got four different geographical corrdinates on her shoulder one for the birth place of each child.

Angelina Jolie was born to Jon Voight and the late Marcheline Bertrand. She was born in Los Angeles California. Her father Jon Voight was of German and Check decent and her mother was French Canadian and Iroqios decent. Her parents divorced and the two children Jolie and her brother lived with their mom. Her mom moved the three of them to Pallisades New York. Her mother gave up her dreams of an acting career to raise her children. Angelina Jolie admits that she frequently went tot he movies with her mother and that is where her desire for acting came from.

At the ripe early age of 14 she started to model for Finesse Model Management company. She modeled extensivly int he United States mostly in New York and Los Angeles. She started in some roles int he theater when she was 16 and eventually started acting in some of her brother's movies. Her brother was attending USC film school and she played in a few of his student films. She landed her first professional acting part in 1993 in a low budget film called Cyborg 2. She then did a few other small films mostly not notable and then landed a role inthe movie Hackers. One thing lead to another and she really burst out into the international scene and stardom after her staring roll as Laura Croft in the Tomb Raider series. These were movies based on the popular videogame by the same name.

While in her late teens she struggeled with life emotional and seems to have been dealing iwth issues of an estranged father etc. She admits that she had a collectionof knives and started cutting herself. She started to rebell and dyed her hair purle and wore lts of black clothing and used to go out "moshin" with her boyfriend. After this period she rented a small apartment and got back into the theater. Finally graduating from high shool and developing a very distinguished career partially noted above. However, when asked about this period of her life she still states, "I am still at heart-and always will be-just a punk kid with tattoos".

She lives with Brad Pitt and has four children. She is doing extensive fund raiing and outreach /philanthropy work.
