Anger is a normal, human emotion that always occurs after, we experience something that causes us frustration, worry, etc. Anger needs to be acknowledged as it is there. Supressing your anger is not healthy and if it is not dealt with, it could leadto exploding unnecessarily later on.

And anger is actually a good sign to help people to know that there is problem that should be resolved or corrected. Anger, managed properly, can help right a wrong. It could also help solve a particular problem and even find a possible solution.

Anger only gets to you when you let it, so just don't let it. It is your choice after all. It is important to understand that, anger is not an enemy. It is simply a valid feeling that should be acknowledged and accepted for what it is.

While anger is considered to be a normal healthy emotion, it can also take over a person's life if it gets out of control and destructive. There are many ways to express anger besides throwing a tantrum, throwing a chair, or using foul language.

Sometimes the effects of anger are positive. When threatened, we may feel intimidated or angered. Anger gives us the power to defend ourselves.

Anger is often followed by depression. Anger often makes us unreasonable. We can't accept what's sensible and correct. When anger is the primary emotion being felt, we become less able to think and act rationally and in some cases, even our senses do not work properly because of extreme anger.

Usually, anger is associated with some form of stress . . . emotional, family, psychological, work or a related experience. So what made you angry?

Being aware of what sets you off is a giant step toward making your feelings know to yourself and thereby making it easier to control your anger.

Too much anger is dangerous as it gives the body unnecessary stress and keeps the nerves, the heart and the brain pumping too much blood. It is difficult to think straight when one is angry. Important decisons should never be made when angry and under severe stress.

There's no escaping stress. Every day we're bombarded with images and events that trigger our bodies' natural fight or flight response, and sends our adrenalin soaring skywards. But stress in itself is not negative.

Without stress, we'd be unable to react to situations quickly, and wouldn't have the stimulation we need to think and act. Stress provides life's zing, and keeps us from being bored.

Every new or unusual situation causes stress to some degree. We can't control that. But we can control how we react to stress and how we think about it. When we are under a great deal of stress, our brain will use up neutransmitters (brain chemicals) quickly which are designed to help maintain calm and allow us to maintain normal thinking, feeling and actions.

Irritable . . .

We fly off the handle easily . . .

We have a short attention span . . .

We can be abusive . . .In other words,

We can be a real pain!

When we have these important nutritional building blocks for the brain chemicals needed during "anger" or stress, we are better able to deal effectively with our thoughts and emotions and achieve positive results.

Anger medications prescribed by physicians are usually antidepressants, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI's), t help you to get more benefit from the serotonin your body manufactures. However, these antidepressants do nothing to help you to manufacture and/or balance your serotonin.

The human brain is very capable of automatically manufacturing the quantity of chemicals it needs IF it is given the raw materials (nutrients from foods) to do so. However, normal diet does not supply enough of the raw materials to the brain needs to manufacture enough neurotransmitters.

Scientific reports and studies, have shown that amino acids are precursors, or targeted nutrients, that support natural neurotransmitter production.

One product formulated to furnish these targeted nutrients, Neu-BeCALM'dTM, was developed through research at the University of Texas Health Science Center the work of several scientists at NeuroGenesis. Since 1984, FOUR PATENTS have been awarded. It is the ONLY product of its kind granted use of selected neurotransmitter enhancing ingredients providing nutritional support the brain.
