Becoming angry is just a part of human behavior because everything in our life is not as we want or as we plan, which generates the feeling of helplessness and anger. Anger is of two kinds either you will shout out loud, fight people, frustrated, destroy things or just feel anger within you which comes out on your face because of high blood pressure and causes worst effects on your later life in longer run.
The best way to deal or manage your anger is to deviate your attention, just astray your thoughts, get to sleep, drink chilled water, start cooking or eating etc.
