The result of anger is the problem because anger leaves ill will. During anger issues that go out of control while all alone when no one else is aware or present the angry residue is equally complicated with feelings.  To name those feelings accurately is an individual process though there are many people that report their own resulting feelings after an anger outburst that include, guilt, sorrow, remorse, aggravation, further anger, disgust, tiredness, stress, over-wrought feelings, and anxiety.

Others who are left feeling the aftermath of your anger also feel ill will.  It is not easy for another person who has emotions of their own to set aside their own feelings for your angry outbursts.  You throwing dinner away in a public place before it has been consumed is embarrassing and confusing.  Whether or not you felt you had reason or cause, your outburst in a public place and particularly over a nourishing meal leaves consequences of emotional turmoil in the memory, and nothing you say or do can undo your temper.

 The difference between having a dog or a pet that is a really cool companion versus having a dog that is tied outside all the time is the work you put into creating that relationship.  If you pet your dog, hold your dog, walk and run with your dog you will have a nice companion, a best friend.  If you beat your dog or deprive it of the labors of your love you get what you deserve. 

If it takes all that work to have a good companion from a pet, how much work does it take to have a good companion for a friend?  Privilege may provide better clothing, nicer homes, higher education but no amount of privilege provides companionship that rates any higher than any lesser privilege besides those that work to earn and keep a friend. 

Anger outbursts are ill attempts at communication.  If you don't want to be with someone it is better to avoid the time together or be straight up and just say so, "hey, this isn't what I want to do," or "I don't want to become better friends with you."  You may think that saying those words is mean but not saying those words when you really feel that way all the while feeding the relationship with lies will give breeding grounds for anger and angry situations.

It is not hard to say what you mean any more than it is hard to watch the game and raise the hand in poker when the stakes are in your favor.  You look, measure, calculate, and decide.  If a hand is not worth playing you throw it away.  If a relationship is not worth building you need to walk away from it so you each have opportunity to have good relationships.
