Almost nothing can beat the taste of good Angus beef!! Even though you can't eat bread on the candida diet, you can still enjoy the juicy flavor of an Angus beef patty. I served this with fried cabbage.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. organic Angus beef
- 4 rice crackers
- 2 small eggs
- garlic salt
- pepper
Directions:
- Heat a nonstick skillet to medium heat.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine beef, eggs and garlic salt.
- Crumble the rice crackers and mix through the beef.
- This recipe will make as many burgers as you want, ie. two 1/2 lb. burgers, three 1/3 lb. burgers, four 1/4 lb. burgers, etc. Make desired amount of patties.
- Heat in the skillet, flipping once.
