Golden Boy is a six episodes ecchi anime produced by Suieisha and KSS in 1995, based on a manga series by Tatsuya Egawa.

The main story revolves about Kintaro Oe, whose background is somewhat mysterious:

he left Tokyo University without graduating (which is almost a sin in Japan - since some youngsters in real life commit suicide for not entering there).

Why he did it then? Because he felt he had nothing more to learn there and went to see what the world could teach him - his words :D

Needless to say he is an exceptional 25 years old young men: in the series you'll see how his perverted personality, mixed with an almost unnatural curiosity creates really funny situations where beautiful women are always involved.

Every episode there's new girls out there, and their initial reaction to Kintaro goes from ignorance to downright hate, but they never stay that way at the end of the show. Why? That's what you need to see for yourself! ^_^'

In technical terms, this anime is solid. It doesn't have spectacular animation or music that will ring in your ears for a long time, but it doesn't hurt your senses either.

Where it really scores points is in:

1) the fantastic story of each episode where you'll find surprises in each corner which will make you roll on the floor laughing and some memorable scenes (like the love for toilets).

2) the main character, that despite all his ecchi side, is a completely good and honest person who always ends up saving the day, even if in orthodox ways hehe
