It has always helped me to read what others have to say to give me better clarity. Below was my blog post. It needs to be refined but hopefully will be of benefit to you:

1)What’s the biggest hurdle preventing you from business success right now?

I think I am my own biggest hurdle. Information overload and prioritizing are a challenge for me. I have never had an upline that was still in the trenches with me. I’ve had wonderful mentorship but no one person who knew my business specifically and to whom I could be accountable to.

2)What would your business look like with this hurdle removed?

Attraction marketing works. I see my learning curve as a spiral upward. It’s not continous; there are holding patterns that you get into. For years in the old model I spiraled around and around making anywhere from a few dollars to $500/mo. The problem with that is I always ended up spending more on my business, products, tools, tickets and hotels for conferences etc that it cost me money.

I’ve been in this model for a year now and money is rolling in. Last summer my husband said if I was going to make money he had better do the books. I’ve earned a few thousand dollars now. I have also invested a good percentage back into my education. So I’ve been circling at the break even point and am now moving up. I think breaking even is a big accomplishment which many never achieve. But it’s time to go to the next level.

People read my content and contact me. Several times people have told me they trust me on our very first call. I now have business in England, Ireland, Australia, all over the US and Canada. In my offline days I was lucky to get business outside of my province let alone outside of my country!

For the first time I see duplication happening.

For the first time I have true business builders.

Leads are coming in but not 10 a day. I understand that I need to get better to be able to handle multiple leads when I spiral up to that next level. I’m keeping busy and love the interaction with people all over the world. Now I need to go to the next level and truly automate the process so that I can handle a flow of leads. It’s time to move to the stage where it’s no longer possible to talk to each person individually.

I understand that the time it takes to go from A to B on a timeline does not mean that it will take the same amount of time to go from B to C. In fact B to C happens much quicker. Most people are impressed that Ann Sieg earns $250,000 a month. While impressive, what got my attention is that 5 years ago she couldn’t come up with $1000 to purchase John Reese’s traffic secrets.

For the first time in all the years I’ve been in network marketing $10,000/month seems realistic. Sponsoring 10-20 people per month would become routine. Spiraling up and beyond that would simply be the next level.

I’ve always been passionate about helping people. In the past I often invested more time in people than they invested in themselves. You meet like-minded people on the internet which is most refreshing. It’s a fantastic feeling to be able to point people in the right direction and shorten their learning curve. What has been really great is the friendships that I have made. That is priceless. What’s really sweet is that I was told that you can’t hug a computer; meaning that you can’t build relationships online. That is blatantly false.

I love the thought of walking the beaches of the world and waking up to a business that has grown while I slept. How many times have I heard that from stage! For the first time I feel its possible.

What an exciting time to be a part of the Renegade revolution right now! Here is my contest submission:

1) What’s the biggest hurdle preventing you from business success right now?

I originally answered this question as part of another questionaire that you guys previously held. My answer for it right now is the same: your current training system (click-by-click / hand-holding training coupled with wide-scope business / Internet marketing concepts) has solved this problem thoroughly.

If your training didn’t exist, this would be (and previously) was my answer: I was having a hard time trying to tie the amazing concepts originally stated in “The Renegade Network Marketer” e-book into a simplified step-by-step process that I could follow and that wouldn’t leave me stranded and alone in the vast Internet wilderness. I needed mentorship *as much as* the wide-scope concepts of the “RNM” e-book.

There is an exodus happening right now in the U.S. (and other countries, as well). A J.O.B. exodus. People are worried about their futures, financial and otherwise, more now than ever before. In this process, which has major economic, psychological, and philosophical / spiritual implications, there are two major growth factors that need to be successfully focused upon for individuals to be able to make the transition into a whole new way of conducting themselves in the business world and in this economy.

Those two major areas of growth are as follows:

1) Having the right information and concepts to be able to grasp the technical “who, what, when, where, why, and how” delivered in an easy-to-follow format that leaves no motivated person behind regardless of age, experience level, and technical ability.

2) Successful mentorship and hand-holding through the above process. Making sure that individuals going through this transition feel like they are emotionally connected to the process and have a means to communicate and participate with other like-minded individuals going through the same process, and to have a reliable support structure to fall back on.

Ann and Mike, your current training system does this *all* in every realistic and reasonable (not to mention affordable!) way. It would be cool, though, to have “in-person” interaction with all of this, like a physical “Renegade University” with both of you as the teachers. But, that would leave out the vastly useful tool that the Internet is, so something in between would be perfect. With this contest, that is precisely what you guys are doing. Amazing!

All that remains, really, is thorough implementation of what is being taught here. Everybody needs to know and continually discover more about who they are as unique individuals and combine that with the tools clearly presented here. Success will follow if you keep at it!

2) What would your dream business look like with this hurdle removed?

- How many new customers would you have?

With this hurdle fully removed, I will reach my target market and potential customer base as efficiently and effectively as possible.

- How many people would you be sponsoring?

I am going to be sponsoring individuals into multiple MLM downlines that are tied in with companies that have Acai berry related products, and in the future I plan on branching out further into the health/wellness industry.

- How much more could you pay yourself?

I intend to continually pay myself more and more as I gain more knowledge and experience meeting the needs of my target market. Doing this will build my wealth and financial standing for the long-term. You can never pay yourself enough, as long as you feel deserving of it!

- How would it feel to wake up in the morning to a duplicating downline and a business that is bursting at the seams?

It’s going to feel like a brand new way of life!

- How would it feel to know you’re making a difference in other people’s lives?

All *truly* successful and meaningful business ventures have their core values based on making a positive difference in the lives of those that they influence. To know that I’m a part of that is vastly rewarding on so many fronts, specifically financially, emotionally, and spiritually.

- To know your products & opportunity are genuinely improving their quality of life?

This is why I’m focused on educating my target market in a much more in-depth way about the Acai berry, and eventually other aspects of the health/wellness industry. The health/wellness industry hasn’t been called “the greatest industry on Earth” for nothing! This all goes hand-in-hand with an improved quality of life for the customer and for the business-builder alike.

- How are you planning on doing this?

1) I’m finishing the final stages of the Site Build It! (SBI!) “action guide” process, and will have my in-depth Acai berry content finished soon, thus completing my first website!

2) A blog site will be soon to follow, which will be focused more on the news aspect of my specific niche and with a more “conversational” take on matters related to it.

3) I will be harnessing the power of all of the numerous social networking sites on the Internet. Through what I’ve already learned from “The Attraction Marketer’s Manifesto” and from the free training videos provided thus far, I’m up and running on Twitter and have an Acai berry related article in the works on Squidoo.

4) Once I get my my main content going, I want to create my own set of educational Web 2.0 videos (using YouTube, etc.) that will restructure my content in a much more visual way, thus making it more effective for the average web surfer. Plus, they will get to see me in action!

5) The more I learn and become aware of, the more I shall implement!
