Many new internet projects start with getting an anonymous domain name because they do not want to expose their identity that stands behind a particular idea. The mechanism of anonymous domain registration is not much different from public ones. The main difference is that you do not need to provide any of your personal details unless you want to. Some registrars still require users to provide legitimate identity information which, however, will not appear in WHOIS lookups. Others do not ask for any info whatsoever.

The WHOIS details will include the private registrar's address, phone number and email. And all requests about your domain will be handled in a professional way on your behalf.

You should still get your private domain management panel for changing A records and IPs for your domain whenever you need. This aspect is no different from public domain registartion procedures.

Once you are ready to substitute the private, anonymous information about your domain with your new registered company's details, you can easily convert your anonymous domain into public domain.
