Anti Wrinkle Skin Care: The 3 Biggest Things To Avoid

  1. Do not tan, unless it comes from a bottle. UVA and UVB rays will make you look old before your time... and that's a Fact Jack!They call it premature aging or if you want to get technical, then call it photoaging.
  2. If you smoke cigarettes, cigars, pipes...whatever, then your going to prematurely age too. Just another Fact.
  3. Learn to love water and drink about 6 to 8 glasses a day to keep from getting dehydrated which...of course...causes wrinkles.
