The reality is harsh than they think because anxiety attack which includes panic is not just a generalized panic disorder but it includes shortness of breath or difficulty in breathing, perspiration, chest or heart pain, false fears like having a heart attack or getting faint losing control on your mind and body, going crazy different kinds of phobias and many psychological disadvantages.

Do not give importance to people’s behavior but care for things which are helpful in curing yourself because you can and live a normal happy and healthy life by recognizing the causes of anxiety attacks. The causes may be various, from not getting good marks in exams to not having a good relation with your loved ones. Monetary problems and having bad time at work colleagues is also a major cause of making people anxiety victims.
Discussing your feelings with people you trust and who is full of life can ease out the situation. One who can understand your situation always plays a positive role in curing the disease on the other hand if you share your feeling with one who cannot understand your condition and thinks that you have gone crazy, is going to make the problem more difficult. Always try to keep a distance from people who are already under stress or depression and having anxiety disorder.
Although, human beings are very flexible to mold their selves in any condition and life can be spent by living your fears and panic all the time but this is not a normal life one can have. The life in actual is to be spent without worries taking charge of life itself, instead worries are a part and parcel of life and must be dealt by understanding the causes not by taking them to your head and getting yourself into anxiety because causes of anxiety are just present in your daily life, erase them or start handling them the way they need to and live a stress free life and that is anxiety attacks cure.
