Typical Sensations Associated with Dizziness

You may experience one of the following types of dizziness - You're simply lightheaded and find it difficult to concentrate while others can feel as they are spinning off the face of the earth, some can even find it difficult to stand up. Dizziness is also a very common symptom in panic disorders and you should definitely be aware of what you are dealing with.

How to Reduce Dizziness   Dizziness simply means your brain doesn't receive enough oxygen and this usually happens when you're more tensioned and anxious for one simple reason: Incorrect breathing. There are several ways to beat dizziness: Try inhaling air deeply into your lungs, meanwhile only focus on your abdominal movements (do not breathe from your chest). This technique will take a while to become effective.

Drink Water - Dizziness usually stems for one simple reason: You're dehydrated. Drinking enough quantities of water daily will not only reduce dizziness, but it will allow your body to eliminate toxins easier (which is another reason you might get dizziness).

Consider taking Vitamins and supplements. Here's a list of vitamins for anxiety and panic disorders:

- B Vitamins

- Tryptophan

- Calcium

- Magnesium

- Alpha-Linolenic acid

- Vitamin C

- Coenzyme Q10

- Fish Oil and Omega

- 3 Fatty Acids

How to Eliminate Nausea

Nausea can be best described as an unsettled feeling in the stomach that's accompanied with the urge to vomit or stomach distress that causes an urge of vomit. Nausea is not a disease, it's just a symptom of a certain health condition, unfortunately it happens often in anxiety and panic disorder. Your emotional stress, fears, worries are the main reasons you might have nausea.

There are many natural ways to consider in order to eliminate nausea completely. It should, however, motivate you to better understand stress and anxiety, and to take action to better manage it, whilst prolonged anxiety will contribute to more serious health conditions if left untreated.

In all seriousness, marijuana is amazing for this type of ailment. I smoke once a month for this reason and i feel 120% better. Im sure if we just found this plant in todays day and age, we would call it a miracle plant but instead alchohol is a good drug and a flower is bad.

Marijuana can induce anxiety, so it's always better that you stay away from it...

And from any other type of drug, you can even worsen your condition.

I say if you're sick to go ahead and puke. Puking makes the sick feeling go way. But if it is coming on slowly, there are some great anti-nausea meds available with little to no side effects. Ask your Dr. about compazine or zofran. I'd like to try xanax, but I'm afraid to try it with my rigerous class schedule.
