If you are experiencing constant anxiety attacks, it is most probable that it will disrupt your life in general. But it doesn't have to. Considering this, you must be looking for the ways to deal these attacks so that you are able to live the life you want to live without worrying about the attacks.

To begin with, anyone who is under the constant stress; no matter what is the reason can become the victim of these anxiety attacks. The reason can vary from a situation to a person. It may be anyone in the family, friends or may be because of any other problem such as health issues, jobs worries or financial problems; in other words anything capable to get you under a great deal of stress is the culprit.

I have actually found that vitamin B-12 complex to be a true blessing in my life. Since taking it on a regular basis, I sleep much better and much earlier. I don't know if it's actually a result of the B-12 complex since I am not a doctor, but it seems that when I stop taking it, my sleep pattern gets disrupted again.
