62Anxiety Signs - Do You Have These Anxiety Symptoms?
If you notice any of the following anxiety signs in yourself, then the chances are very high you are suffering from high levels of anxiety.
Anxiety or "general anxiety disorder" if we want to get technical can be cured. You just have to identify the symptoms first.
So if you experience any of the following anxiety disorder symptoms, you could suffer from anxiety without you even know it.
Here are the signs of anxiety:
- Shortness of breath
- Sensation of unreal, something feels unreal
- Feeling of loosing control. ie. feeling you could hurt someone you love without reason.
- Constantly worrying about something and can't let go of a worrying thought
- Unrealistic view of a problem
These first five symptoms are very common with people who has anxiety. The next five anxiety signs are also very common.
- Can't seem to just be able to relax
- You get easily irritated
- Your muscles feel tense (either whole or some parts of your body)
- You have headaches often
- You tend to sweat at times when there are no reason for it
These signs are common. The next 6 symptoms are somewhat common.
- You have hard time to focus or concentrate
- You often feel dizzy
- You need to visit the bathroom often, even if you've just been there recently
- You often feel tierd and powerless
- You have problem falling asleep and when you do you tend to wake up easily
- You feel like danger and catastrophe awaits you constantly
Now if you experience any of these symptoms, chances are that you have developed some level of anxiety.
It can be scary and the sensations can be very crippling. However, you can get cured & feel happy and strong again.
